Very comfortable accommodation, loved the rustic feel, and a lovely conservatory area.

Beautiful shabby chic cottage in a beautiful garden , parking right there , quiet , beautiful countryside , convenient to visit a few family favourites like Beccles and Southwold , a rural retreat .

Spacious living accommodation, very comfortable beds, bonus of en suite shower and toilet for each bathroom. Ideal location for exploring our interest in wildlife photography with RSPB Minsmere, Carlton Marshes, Hickling Broad, Upton Broad, Cley Marshes etc not too far away. Very quiet and peaceful rural setting. Wonderful friendly hosts.

The location was great. The surrounding garden and pond were beautiful.

The inside was probably top class 10 years ago. There were a lot of spiders and cobwebs. The conservatory should have been stunning, but the leaves were falling off the plants and it was inundated with flies. There was a smell of damp throughout the property. There was no welcome gift - for the price we paid, I would have expected a basket of something nice. There was no complimentary shower gel, shampoo etc… the hand soap was a cheap Aldi soap. There were ring marks on the coasters. The folders of information were old and worn with plastic wallets falling out and the label on the front of one of the folders was smudged due to water mark. Unfortunately, due to all of these things I feel this property needs updating and the owners need to consider adding the extras that travellers expect.
