Obiekt zlokalizowany jest w centrum Baranowa Sandomierskiego. Po krótkim spacerze można dotrzeć do na rynek oraz do zamku. Do dyspozycji gości jest ogród z paleniskami, ławeczkami, parkingiem. Jest ogólnodostępna kuchnia, natomiast na piętrze mieliśmy też dostępną lodówkę oraz czajnik. Pokoje są wygodne i klimatyczne, wyposażone w wiatrak, który bardzo się przydał.
Jedyny minus za brak ręczników w pokoju.

Ciężko powiedzieć . Pościel czysta , łóżka wygodne. Można przygotować śniadanie w części kuchennej która jest wspólna dla kilku rodzin .
Obiekt położony jest przy bardzo ruchliwej drodze , a nie zamknięta brama wiązkowa równa się nieszczęście przy pobycie z małymi dziećmi. Domki są z pokojami przeznaczonymi dla pracowników sezonowych jak hotele robotnicze i rodzin z dziećmi . Wspólne miesiąca do wypoczynku jak ganek są okupywane przez panów pijących piwo po pracy i palących godzinami .Niestety nieszczelne okiennice nie chronią przed dymem papierosów przez co stajesz się biernym palaczem a to mi się nie podobało. Część kuchenna też słabo czysta.
