    I LOVE THIS PLACE SO MUCH!! The staff, the services all were nice and the best. The smells of good spa was so refreshing. I will definitely comeback here again.

    Had a really enjoyable stay! The room was clean and they even provided some complimentary fruits and snacks, which was a nice little surprise. If you finish the bottled drinking water, you can easily refill or grab more near the elevator, which was very convenient. I also loved the little garden—it was so pretty and perfect for taking photos. I feel like the whole place is so photogenic that even my random shots turned out amazing! 😂 My favorite part was definitely the bathtub. It's huge and so relaxing! The lobby even sells bath bombs, and the staff kindly reminded us that they don't create a lot of bubbles, which I appreciated. The hallway and room had a light lemongrass scent that wasn't overpowering at all. I actually really liked the smell—it made the whole place feel fresh and relaxing. The only thing to note is that parking is limited, so it's first come, first served. Other than that, I had a great stay and would happily come back again!🥰

    This hotel was actually on my list of places I really wanted to check out. But, honestly, I ended up feeling a bit let down after staying there. My happiness with a hotel usually comes down to a few key things: how nice and cold the air conditioning is, having really good water pressure, and of course, everything being super clean and hygienic. We checked in, the aircon in the room wasn't working right – definitely not blowing cold air. We let the front desk know, they were awesome enough to switch the room. But guess what? The aircon in the new room was doing the same thing, still not cold at all. It seems like it actually took a whole day for the aircon to finally cool down the whole room. Phew! The water pressure in the shower wasn't quite as strong as we've had at other hotels, unfortunately. Also, we found things were a bit dusty on the table and cabinet, and we actually spotted a hair in the coffee machine along with a little bit of debris. One last thing, there is not much sockets in the room and some of it are broken! However, we would like to acknowledge the hotel staff, who were very helpful with our requests. But in the end, we were too tired to keep changing rooms, so we just accepted the situation.
