This superb apartment is situated in Uttendorf, near Kitzbühel - Kirchberg ski area. Ideal for a family or friends as there are 3 bedrooms which can accommodate 5 guests. This apartment has a balcony for you to enjoy freshly prepared meals and sip a cup of coffee together.
Perfect for long walks, the forest lies just 500 m away. The lake is situated only 4 km from the property if you wish to spend a day by the lakeside. The ski lift lies only 16 km and you can enjoy skiing in the Kitzbühel - Kirchberg ski area in the winters.
Central heating is installed for a comfortable stay. You can prepare meals of your choice in the large live-in kitchen. In the garden, you can stretch out and relax in the fresh air. There is a private entrance. Parking is available for your convenience. You can bring 1 pet at an extra rate of 8/night.
Check in begins from 4-6 PM and check out is from 8-10 AM.

Die Wohnung ist relativ einfach gehalten, die Lage ist sehr gut, um in die verschiedensten Skigebiete zu kommen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Unsere Kinder durften jeden Tag in den Stall zu den Kälbchen und Katzen.

We werden hartelijk ontvangen. Vriendelijke mensen. Accommodatie is gedateerd, maar alles ruim en compleet. Goed kunnen slapen. Er ontbrak een terras om lekker buiten te kunnen zitten. Omgeving werkelijk fantastisch.

Wij hadden ons winterverblijf in uttendorf, althans dat dachten we. Het was tijdens de kerstweek. De geboekte vakantiewoning lag een paar km verderop , vooral een stuk hoger gelegen en dan nog op de tweede verdieping van een boerderij. Gelukkig lag er op het smalle toegangsweggetje geen sneeuw, anders zijn sneeuwkettingen beslist noodzakelijk. De vriendelijke verhuurster wachtte ons al op en omdat zij met haar gezin en oma in de boerderij op verdieping 1 en begane grond 0woonden, zagen wij de familie iedere dag regelmatig. De vakantiewonig bestaat uit 3 grote slaapkamers, elk met een badkamertje voorzien van douche wastafel en toilet. Verder zijn er 2 niet al te grote keukens waarvan wij er een als zitkamer hadden ingericht door er een slaapbank neer te zetten die als bank gebruikt werd. Nederlanders zitten s.avonds graag lekker onderuit zo ook wij met ons gezin van 8 volwassenen en 3 kinderen, waarvoor in deze woning juist genoeg plaats was. Helaas geen wifi.
De ligging is zeer mooi tussen Mittersill en Zell am see met mooie , wel dure, skigebieden (skiegebied kitbuhel en zell am see-kaprun). Het was een echte oostenrijkse zolderverdieping, toch wel stoffig, veel hout met een groot balkon op het zuiden.
