Apartment/ flat - Orosei

The house was great - exactly what we needed for our holiday (mum, dad and two year old son). However, it is worth noting that the photos are a little misleading. The house is actually four apartments - you are only booking one of them via this website. Not all of them have air conditioning (ours did luckily!) - and even then you have you pay a supplement for it. All outside areas are shared and you only get access to the side of the house that you are renting (not the gardens on both sides as suggested by the photos). The outdoor showers, washing machine and play area are all shared with the other apartments. Also be aware you need to bring your own linen - or pay a supplement (this is in the small print - but we missed it!). Antonino only speaks Italian - but he was a great host and fixed things quickly when required. The location is great - about 500m off the main road. Only 10-15min drive to more than five AMAZING beaches that were not really that busy, even in early August. Sos Alinos is a 2min drive away and has two supermarkets, two pharmacy's, a couple of gelateria's and several good restaurants.

Nous avons passé 4 jours dans la maison de Antonino partagée en plusieurs appartements dont les 2 présents sur la photo. Nous avions l'appartement avec la clim mais attention celle-ci n'est pas comprise dans le pris de base et en Juillet il fait chaud. Sinon la maison est super et très propre, il y a une douche extérieure très appréciable et la machine à laver extérieure aussi. La seule chose que nous n'avions pas anticipé c'est qu'il n'y a aucun linge de maison (drap, serviettes, torchons,...) ni de produits ménagés. La localisation est vraiment au calme mais un peu excentrée de Cala Gonone, centre de toutes les excursions. Ce fut un super séjour malgré tout et les routes sont sympa. merci.

sono stata in vacanza 12 notti d Agosto 2016. Casa molto spaziosa con tutto il necessario. Pulitissima al nostro arrivo. Circondata da un giardino in cui possono giocare tranquillamente i bambini. a 2 min di macchina ci sono 2 supermercati, un macellaio, una rosticceria, una gelateria, una tabaccheria. a circa 15 min da Orosei. Le spiagge più belle della zona in pochi minuti di macchina. Tonino, il proprietario,ci è venuto ad accogliere al nostro arrivo anche se di sera tardi, e ci ha fatto trovare un bel pò di frutta fresca e acqua. E' molto gentile e disponibile. Ci ha subito dato indicazioni su cose da fare e da vedere. E sempre pronto per qualsiasi richiesta. Consigliato a tutti. Ottima sistemazione per nuclei familiari che vogliono passare vacanze con altri amici, perchè si può condividere il giardino e mangiare insieme, ma ognuno ha la propria casa! Ci tornerò e la consiglierò!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo alloggio i primi 15 giorni di agosto, eravamo in 4 persone più il cane. La casa è risultata spaziosa, pulita e completa di ogni confort, veramente ottimo la veranda esterna e il barbecue. Abbiamo passato serate in veranda in puro relax.. La casa risulta fuori dalla caos e in posizione strategica, dista 100 mt. Dall’oasi Bidderosa, che merita sicuramente una visita, mentre le atre spiagge sono a 5 minuti di macchina (circa 1.5 km). Gelateria, supermarket, macelleria ecc sono tutte nelle vicinanze. Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti di questa esperienza e della simpatia e cortesia del Signor Antonio che speriamo di tornare a trovare presto…. vivamente consigliata a tutti quelli che vorranno soggiornare in questa magnifica zona.
