Allt stilfullt och välvårdat, både ute och inne. Huset är smakfullt renoverat och har generösa ytor. Bekväma sängar. Trevlig uteplats med bekväma möbler. Omgivningarna också vackra med grönska och utsikt ner över Mörrumsån.
Kostnaden för uppvärmning och hushållsel, som betalas i efterhand, dyr (gammalt och stort hus). Hushålls- och toapapper, diskmedel m m ingår inte, hade varit bra om det framgått klart av beskrivningen. En pärm med "bruksanvisning" för huset hade varit till nytta.
