Nile Compound

The best place we stayed in during our trip to Egypt. The owners are incredibly friendly, and the staff as well. Everyone was very helpful and welcoming from the very beginning. The place is full of colors and has a wonderful atmosphere, located in a peaceful rural area. Inside, there are many cozy corners where you can sit among banana trees or relax on the terraces while admiring the beauty of Egypt. The pool was very clean and honestly excellent. We truly hope you continue to grow, and that one day we will come back to stay with you again. We highly recommend this place and thank you for your hospitality.

The Staff were amazing!! Helpful, friendly and really went out of their way to make our stay & meals pleasant! The atmosphere around the pool in the evening is lovely and the gardens and terraces are very nice(but need refurbishment).

The place needs repairs, it's very dusty, the sheets and towels etc are ratty & not good quality. The kitchenette isn't clean & for example the kettle was unusable...

High tag accommodations do have better facilities but the respect and attentiveness of staff received is unforgettable.

Bathroom and kitchen facilities need to improve but in this price no complaints. Location is bit too remote if you are a first timer, better stay on east side of nile.

Difficult location, you have to rely on their transport services or calling taxis which are relatively expensive and untrustworthy. They want you to pay in euros or usd which was frustrating for us (not being from either). Always trying to upsell you something in devious ways.
