Good place

The pool was nice and the room was clean. They welcomed us well and showed us everything we needed.

The sheets on the beds were a bit small and kept coming off..

Great base near the beach

Close to the beach, one of the few apartments with a nice pool. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and tidy. Very friendly family who were extremely accommodating for our late flight home. Parking was good too, where you are given an allocated space.

The sheets on the beds were too small so came off during the night frequently. A toaster would be a nice addition. Excellent power TV channels but the sound on the TV made it difficult to watch.

Excellent first-time stay in Srima/Vodice!

Our apartment at Villa Pina was wonderful. The location was outstanding--a very short walk to the water and a good distance to walk to Vodice. I appreciated being away from some of the noise at night in Vodice. We had free parking with a key card to get in and out. It was very simple and safe.

We loved nearly everything -- my sons in the bunkbed room did get warm because the air conditioner didn't reach into that room so well. The apartment could use a few more kitchen dishes such as for serving, etc.

Nice room but floor was not cleaned. Staff didn't pay attention to keep mosquitos out of the appartment. CCTV everywhere, including balcony/terrace/pool. Reception was not very friendly.

Great location, 5 min to the beach (but it was very crowded), 30 min walk to Vodice, parking place on the property, nice pool, especially for the children, comfortable beds, during two weeks of our stay stay we had 3 times the towes changed, and 1 bedclothes change, very nice and helpful lady in the reception with a very good english,

Weak wifi, very dirty kitchen hood, sweeping the propery and watering the plants was at 7 am every day, garbage collection every 3 days at 4.30 am (not possible to sleep with the open window), The host are living in one of the apartements, they invited their own guests and they had the party with the loud music by the pool just in front of the terrace of ap 7, that we stayed in, and then it was not convenient to use neither the terrace nor the pool

Lepo, prijazno, mirno, super za družine.

Lokacija je uredu, 70m od obale, lasten bazen, sicer voda malček premrzla. Drugače pa lepo, čist apartma, ravno prav velik, ravno prav opremljen. Lastniki so prijazni in ustrežljivi, radi pomagajo in odgovorijo na vprašanja.

Malo bolj topla voda v bazenu bi lahko imela cca 3-4 stopinje več, to je mogoče edina resna kritika.

A nyelvi nehézséget leszámítva szuper hetet töltöttünk itt.

Szép és tiszta környezet, parkosított udvar fogadott, a medence szép, a vize tiszta. A tengerpart és a sétány közel van. Tiszta és kényelmes szobákat kaptunk, a terasz tágas volt, a barátokkal minden este itt beszélgettünk. Mindent tartalmazott az apartman amire szükségünk volt. Az egy hét alatt egyszer tiszta törölközőket is kaptunk.

A szállásadó csak horvátul beszélt, a telefonjával fodrítottunk, kicsit az Activity játékra emlékeztetett. A kültéri grillhez nekünk kellett volna megvenni a faszenet és a begyújtót, úgyhogy inkább kihagytuk. A konyha kicsi, de ezt a pár napot megoldottuk.

Spokojne miejsce na leniwe wakacje

Lokalizacja, uprzejmi właściciele, zapewnione miejsce parkingowe, basen i okolica czysciutka bez zarzutu., brak tłumów. Na prośbę za darmo dostępna pralko-suszarka. Szef robi pyszne pączki :)

Słabe wyposażenie apartamentu, na krótko jest ok, ale jeśli ktoś tak jak my przyjeżdża na 2 tygodnie to brakuje paru rzeczy. Np. nie ma zmywarki, ani ociekacza na naczynia lub suszarki. Ogólnie niby jest Pani która sprząta pokoje po gościach, dba o basen itd. ale nie sprząta w pokojach. Jest dostępny odkurzacz i miotła ale przydałoby się umyć podłogę choćby co 3-4 dni. Dużo mrówek na parterze, sprzątają wszystko co się pozostawi na wierzchu ;) salon trochę ciasny, generalnie nasze apartamenty chyba były najstarsze, te po drugiej były już chyba lepiej wyposażone i odnowione :)
