Lovely quiet location, cosy cottage with everything you could need, food, drinks, fresh baked bread and toiletries, with an off-street carport for parking. The host was super friendly and communicated well. Public transport (buses) nearby and a lovely park across the road. Furniture was comfortable and we settled in very well with the heater and electric blankets. Room was very clean on arrival and despite the bad weather, we had a great stay.
The location can be difficult accessibility-wise, just something to consider if walking or using transport: there are no footpaths in some of the nearby streets, and you need to walk either through grass or on the road if you don't have a car. The large shower unit does block external access to the bathroom, so you do have to walk into the main bedroom to access the bathroom which might be awkward for some people.

Ample variety of food cleanliness of premises with a good array of household appliances
The bedrooms were over heated and very hot making it near impossible to sleep in. The ambience of the house would be vastly improved by the installation of reverse cycle air conditioning in each of the bedrooms. I was unable to sleep in the bedroom because of the heat and was transferred to another house bedroom
