A beautiful place in a joyful, small Greek village, with an incredible atmosphere and social life

The place is very nice and clean, when you reach the street you have some doubts, but then you enter the garden and it is like a paradise, with plants and cats. If you love cats, it's a nice surprise. The room was very big and clean, and the thick stone walls kept the temperature perfect during the hot summer days. We did not even turn on the AC. The bathroom was very, very clean and the bed very comfy. Best rest ever in that bed. The host was a nice and discrete gentleman. Very nice host.

Exceptional

The property itself really felt like home. I will never forget the AMAZING host. I stayed in quite a few places over the years and never had such an attentive, kind host. He arranged everything to make us feel at home. It was very clean, the bed nice and comfy. And the kitchen with everything you need. The quality of the property will exceed your expectations as everything is made with extremely love and attention from the wooden floors to the wooden ceilings. Wonderful place, great location, with an amazing garden and barbeque area. Livithron Rodon has everything that you would need, and the host was extremely helpful throughout. Strongly recommended.

Pleasant

The lady who showed us around was extremely nice, provided us with all the necessary information about the places around and gave us the discount tickets to Alistratis cave (which is definitely worth a visit). The yard is just beautiful and I can imagine it being a great place to chill out for a bit in the summer.

Shutting down central heating for the night in the middle of the winter is a preposterous idea. If you add to it that the owner charges 10EUR for a one-night's worth of fire wood (he informed us about this over the phone in the evening when we arrived)... To be fair, the room has AC, which is a partial solution, as it's not quick or easy to heat the room up. To me it's a prime example of greed and is the thing that will make us choose a different place next time we will be traveling to this area.

A traditionale stone house with paradise like garden,very well furnished,cozy, absolutely comfortable and perfect location close to typical greek bars and tavernas!!!Mr.Dimitrios does a great job!! This is our favourite place in Makedonia!See you soon!

Un posto incantevole

Viaggiavano in gruppo da 9 e avevamo prenotato due mini appartamenti. In seguito ci ha contattato L'host e ci ha cambiato disposizione sistemandoci direttamente nel suo appartamento(almeno così ho capito io). Tutto in legno e ammobiliato da sembrare di stare in uno chalet di montagna. Le camere matrimoniali erano due mentre i restanti 5 bambini del gruppo sono stati sistemati tra divani e letti aggiunti nell'ampio salone. A parte questo "disguido" con sistemazione alternativa, siamo stati benissimo e abbiamo avuto modo di chiacchierare con l'host, persona disponibilissima e gentile. Siccome siamo arrivati subito dopo l'ora di pranzo abbastanza affamati, l'host ci ha chiamato il proprietario di una taverna tipica greca(ottimo cibo musica e location) che ci ha mandato a prendere in modo tale da non perderci tra le stradine del paesino.

Überteuert, das einzige Haus im Ort

Für 74€ viel zu teuer. Bett ist super E-Herd funktioniert nur sehr langsam. Öl in der Küche ist ranzig. Es fehlt vieles für diesen Preis. Keller Appartement ohne richtiges Licht. Das Haus schaut nur von außen gut aus.

Αξίζει και με το παραπάνω

Πολύ άνετα κρεβάτια, ευρύχωρο διαμέρισμα και πολύ ήσυχη τοποθεσία. Κοντά στη Δράμα κυρίως αλλά και σε Καβάλα για όποιον θέλει βόλτες με αυτοκίνητο. Ευγενέστατος και πολύ εξυπηρετικός ιδιοκτήτης.

Ένα θεματάκι με τη θέρμανση το ένα βράδυ που λύθηκε πολύ γρήγορα από τον ιδιοκτήτη και ένα ξανά τη μέρα που φεύγαμε που δεν μας ενόχλησε ιδιαίτερα καθώς υπήρχε και κλιματιστικό. Μπορεί να ήμασταν άτυχοι, πάντως όσο δούλευε η θέρμανση ήταν εξαιρετική.
