From the minute Mario greeted us, we felt welcome. Chihuahua is a special oasis and Undarius feels even more magical. Clean, comfortable rooms, gardens and pools give you a reason to take a break from the beach. The hospitality of all the staff is the real heart of the place, supportive but never intrusive. Mario offered great recommendations for Chihuahua and nearby cities.

The only little surprise was how understocked the kitchen in the deluxe suite was. There were some appliances, but nothing else but basic cutlery. Not that we would have cooked, but some plates or maybe a cutting board to have some snacks or takeaways on would be nice. We could have asked, I suppose, but it's nice not to have to.

Espace très convenable et intimiste. Calme et reposant. Piscine et jacuzzi eau de mer chauffée, une vraie cure thermale en même temps .

Rien par rapport qualité prix.

Location was great, very close to the beach. the pool is super cute (heating was not enough) , the vibe in the hotel (guests, not hosts) is amazing, lots of fun, great conversations, people were super friendly, felt included from day 1 and even made new friends by weekends’ end. The Jacuzzi (on the very short window it was actually hot…) was a very nice experience.

The room was significantly smaller and different than the pictures (i wouldn’t had booked if i knew) The bed was VERY uncomfortable (poor quality, thin mattress), i got charged USD 24 extra per breakfast (it was supposed to be included) and was one of the worst meals I had. cold coffee, fruit was sliced HOURS before serving, apples and bananas already brown, etc… (there are places near by you can get better food for half the price). the pool was barely heated thus i couldn’t use it, jacuzzi was heated for a very short timeframe, most of the day is cold, considering the time of the year it was quite disappointing , plus it gets turn off very early. staff was super cold and distant and usually nowhere to be seen when you need something. I was very disappointed on the facilities and the staff, as I heard great things about this place. considering the high rates on this place, you can get a much better experience in a different place. wouldn’t come back or recommend it.
