-big terrace with speactacural view
-big kitchen and common area for hanging out with friends
-owner was kind and helpfull (once we found out his number on agency poster somewhere in the city) got up in the middle of the night to guide to THE correct accomodation address
-checkin instructions were poor and missleading, if arriving late in the night insist on getting clear directions with pictures and gps coodinates (lots of places nearby look a like since the same traditional architecture style)
-none od the listed contact emergency phones were accessible

The apartment was big and comfortable enough. The location was a bit far but still walkable.
There was a leak in one of the bathrooms coming from the upper apartment. We let the owners know and they inspected it. They said that they could not do anything about it at this time. They offer no compensation which was unacceptable. We rented an apartment and paid a high sum for everything to work perfectly. I am very disappointed of how they handled the situation.
