Location: El Puerto is situated across the bay from Cádiz, very quiet, about 5 min/10 min by car/bicycle from endless sandy beaches and about 20 km from Jerez airport.

This place is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac without any traffic in quiet and green surroundings. It disposes of a 250 m2 garden with private parking and a cosy and comfortable partly covered veranda of >30 m2 of south-orientation. Two additional large awnings provide for shade as and when needed. The ideal place to relax, read or to have breakfast, supper or dinner.
The ground floor has a corridor, WC, fully equipped kitchen and a sitting room with direct access to the veranda and a dining table for 6. The first floor has two bedrooms which share a bathroom and a master bedroom with private bathroom and terrace.

Muy bien ubicada, cerca de restaurantes, tiendas y supermercados. El vecindario es muy tranquilo y familiar.
La propietaria es encantadora y atenta, procurando en todo momento que estuviésemos a gusto.
Jardín y porche muy agradable y con encanto. La casa dispone de todas las facilidades para pasar una estancia muy agradable. En resumen muy recomendable.

Una casa perfectamente situada en la mejor zona del puerto de santa maría, decorada con encanto y con un jardín que invita a pasar horas en él. Repetiremos sin duda, nos hemos enamorado de la casita roja.

We had really great time . The house has everything you need, it is cosy and tastefully furnished and very clean.And the garden is a little peace of heaven, a place to relax.We really enjoyed. Thank you again dear Maria.
