Loved the furnishings, had a beautiful smell when entering, very clean, little things like a chocolate on the bed, fresh milk, fresh water with mint, sherry, bathroom guest toiletries just make the stay more personalised. Good location - you can hear and smell the sea - within walking distance. Would definitely recommend.

Kaijaiki is a true gem!
I have stood in unit 4 which was super spaciouse, had a lovely well equipped kitchenett and a beautiful, tranquil view onto the courtyard.
The next door coffee-store where breakfast is served is so cozy and food is deliciouse.
Manager and staff go over and above to make my stay comfortable.
Highly recommend it.
Only down side is the street noise one needs to block out in the morning.

The breakfast was delicious, as was the coffee. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The TV didn't work properly, but it didn't detract from our lovely stay.

Breakfast and location OK. The price is too high for what is offered.
Rooms and eqpt quite outdated; place definitely need maintenance and upgrading. The shower drain is not at the lowest point of the shower so water stands all the time.
