We had a fantastic experience! The hosts are incredibly kind, and the beach is right in front of the property which is easy to access, very peaceful and uncrowded. It’s the perfect spot if you’re looking for a quiet and beautiful place to relax. The water is crystal clear, and it’s honestly one of the best seaside locations we’ve ever visited. The supermarket is just a 13-minute drive away. The road is bit narrow for two-way traffic, but there’s very little traffic and plenty of spots to pass, so driving is no problem. With a car, it’s also easy to get anywhere in Hvar, but since the apartment had everything we needed, we spent most of our time just enjoying swimming and the view from the balcony and watching the sea all day. Thank you to our wonderful hosts for such a memorable stay:) we hope to come back again!

A wonderful balcony over the sea

The apartment has an astonishing view. The terrace is fantastic. The sea is super close and obviously super clean. The room is spacious enough and has all the amenities one would expect. The owner is helpful and friendly. Very happy with the experience.

The WiFi is poor at best. Watching streaming TV or video is not possible. Unfortunately, the phone signal is also quite weak, so the overall connectivity is not the best. And it's a pity that the external unit of the air-conditioning is on the balcony, so when you (or the neighbours) turn it on, it gets quite noisy there.

The location was great in front of the bay were you can enjoy swimming everyday! The best part of the house is the deck with breathtaking views and the jacuzzi! Also. Anna and her husbands were great host and helped us every time we needed something.

The Road once you get off the main road is a little rough but manageable.

Fabulous Apartment - A Hidden Gem!

Beautiful quiet cove - perfect location close to Stari Grad. The view and water just steps away, was amazing. Well equipped apartment with everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. Hosts were so friendly, nothing was a problem when we asked for something.

Bedrooms were a little on the small side, but never-the-less, were clean and comfortable, so it wasn’t a major problem

Good

Location was nice, you're surrounded by nature. Lovely gulf with different spots where you can sunbathe on the rocks and swim. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen with enough amenities for a few days' stay.

We booked a studio and we were quite misled by the description. Private patio in reality is a small shared entrance with one other studio. The "patio" only has a small table and 2 chairs. There were no sunbeds which we imagined we'd find at the location. There's only one apartment that has a patio with sunbeds which you're not allowed to use. The property private beach is a small area, directly on some steep rocks, no sunbeds, so if you didn't book that one apartment with sunbeds, good luck with that. After you take a shower, there are puddles of water everywhere on the bathroom floor, so they definitely need a shower curtain. There are no other toiletries in the bathroom except some sanitizing soap. We requested some shower gel, no luck. There's a broken cabinet in the kitchen, right by the mini fridge which almost fell off.

Very friendly hosts. Fixed one minor thing very quickly. Drove us back into Vrboska to meet our boat ride. Very nice quiet setting.

We originally thought it was in the town of Vrboska based on the address. It is not really within walking distance of Vrboska so if you looking for a place close to it, this is not the place BUT if you are looking for nice place off the beaten path, this is the place. Should indicate on the site that it is located in Basina.

Our best stay in Hvar

Amazing location, view from the terrasse, remote but not too far from the village if you need. Swimming all day. We had our stand up paddle, it was perfect to discover the surroundings.

Great location, good place to stay

The view, location are great!

We stayed in one bedroom apartment with a balcony. The double bed is big, but the second bed is sofa bed in the living room, which doesn't leave much space once opened. When we arrived the sofabed was not done, which was surprising compared to the other accomodations we stayed before. Living room is dark because there is no window to the side of the room. The host didn't inform us that there was roadwork, which made it difficult to reach to the house with a rental car. Also, the road to this address is not right on Google maps. Perhaps ask to the host beforehand how to reach. It would have been nice to offer SUP or kayak just like the other guesthouses in the street do.

Great place for a relaxing holiday.

The view from the terrace is amazing. To go swimming, you just need to go down the steps. The apartment is very spacious, comfortable and fully equipped. There is peace and quiet around, and at the same time there are nice little towns with a large selection of restaurants nearby. Anna is a great hostess, we recommend this place to everyone.

Hidden spot with great view in calm neighborhood.

The apartment itself is just nice but it has a really great balcony with great view to sea, bay and little house in the bay. It was nice to walk of sea front and explore calm neighborhood.

Even though there is sofa in living room I would rather recommend it to couples then more people. Overall apartment is rather small.

Posizione con vista mozzafiato sulla baia di Basina, un angolo di mare con colori stupendi. Un bel terrazzo con affaccio sul mare, un angolo delizioso per il relax, per gustare un pasto all'ombra e al riparo dal vento. L'appartamento è arredato in modo funzionale, moderno, il letto è molto comodo. I padroni gentilissimi, ottima accoglienza con acqua, birra e aperitivo in frigorifero (offerti). L'accesso al mare direttamente sotto casa (rocce con diverse possibilità di ingresso in acqua) e una piccola spiaggia distante circa 50 m. Tranquillità assoluta.

Niente, tutto benissimo, bravi agli host! Da sapere il fatto che non c'è nei paraggi un supermercato e/o un ristorante (solo un punto di ristoro a 5 min di auto), quindi bisogna organizzarsi di conseguenza.

Нам дуже сподобалось відпочивати в апартаментах Habek. Апартаменти розташовані біля самої води. І це по справжньому зручно, це як мати свій особистий пляж. Вигляд з тераси неймовірний. Є три спальні, два туалети, кухня-студія, велика та зручна тераса. Парковка!) Нас було четверо (сімʼя з дорослими дітьми) і нам було дуже зручно та просторо. У кожного з дітей була своя спальня. Дуже приємні та доброзичливі господарі. Скрізь дуже чисто та затишно. Окремий респект за зручності на кухні, є все необхідне і навіть більше. Стільки кухонного приладдя ми ще ніде не бачили. Все новеньке та якісне. Джакузі нам дуже сподобався, особливо у ввечері після купання у морі, ми приходили і купались у теплому джакузі, пили вино, та насолоджувалися краєвидами. Саме селище дуже спокійне та гарне. З великим задоволенням повернулися би знову. Всім щиро рекомендуємо.
