Flat 4 Summertown Court

~5 mins walk to the Summertown shops, supermarket, restaurants. Bus stations are right next to the house. On-site parking. Flat itself is very good, spacious, clean and in excellent condition. Kitchen is relatively new and equipped with all the appliances and kitchenware that I needed. Bed is comfortable. Very nice bathroom amenities (shampoo, hand/body wash) provided and I love these.

I really loved this flat. The only minor thing to be aware of is that the assigned parking space is at the very end of the parking area, right next to a wall, so maneuvering in and out can be a little tricky, especially if you have a larger car. That said, it wasn't an issue for us because the space next to ours happened to be empty throughout our stay. Also noted that it's on Woodstock Rd, so traffic can be a little busy/noisy in the morning or during rush hours, but I actually like it (and it didn't bother me at all since the bedroom is in the very back of the flat). The closet drawers and shoe horn (which I needed) were a little dusty.

Really well equipped, great location, with really thoughtful messages from the host to make it clear about checking in as well as navigating the local area.

This is a great property in an excellent location. And it has off-street parking!! It was very close to a good shopping district and the bus to the city centre was about a 2 minute walk away. I would definitely stay there again, it was so comfortable and the owner and the manager were very helpful and provided a great property to stay in.
