Stratos Villas

De accommodatie is op ca 50 min rijden vanaf vliegveld Chania. Het huisje is van alle gemakken voorzien. Het bed is goed. Er is een fijne regendouche (voor lange mensen wat aan de lage kant). Het huisje is schoon en wordt iedere 4-5 dagen schoongemaakt (inclusief schoon beddengoed en schone handdoeken). Er is een klein, maar fijn zwembad. Op ca 10 minuten rijden kun je terecht bij een aantal restaurantjes, een supermarkt en een benzinepomp. De regio biedt volop leuke uitstapjes.

We stayed here at the end of July into August 2026, what a beautiful place this is, the peace and quite are exactly what we were looking for, the views are spectacular with the mountains behind you and right down to the sea in front of you, the villa itself was perfect and had everything we needed and the water and melon in the fridge were very welcome on our arrival, the villa was cleaned every couple of days with fresh towels and sheets nothing was ever a problem, and when the gate didn’t work there was someone there within ten minutes to sort it. The pool was cleaned everyday. A couple of things to note, you definitely need a car, it’s a ten minute car ride to the nearest restaurant, coffee shop, mini market and petrol station, but the beach is a half hour drive away and Chania is and around 45 mins drive as is Rethymno both get very busy in the morning and after 8pm for parking so be aware of that. Thank you to Nikolaos and all the team for making our 2weeks holiday such an amazing experience.

Everything

The ambiance of the accommodation is beyond words, it is extremely peaceful and quiet. If you are someone who would like to escape the city life, this place is for you. Well equipped, clean and very cosy. The fact that there is a place for parking is a plus.

The only issue with the villa is the narrowness of the stairs. Since the bed is upstairs, it feels a little bit uncomfortable and dangerous to navigate through the stairs, especially during nighttime.

Idealne miejsce na dłuższy pobyt.Domy są kamienne i pięknie położone. Dookoła ślicznie utrzymany ogród. Można zjeść śniadanie patrząc na góry (albo morze) i krzewy różane. Właściwie można się stamtąd nie ruszać cały dzień. Basen do dyspozycji. Starannie utrzymane, klimatyczne miejsce. Klimatyzacja nie była potrzebna pomimo upałów ( jest zainstalowana) ponieważ kamienny dom izoluje od gorąca. Dojazd do posesji wymaga samochodu. Sklep w wiosce poniżej oraz powyżej. W odległości 15 minut jazdy samochodem piękna szeroka plaża.
