The apartment is directly on the main street, where the noise is early in the morning. I would appreciate more tablets for dishwasher and dishwashing liquid.

Nice romantic location directly by the lake
Nice romantic location directly by the lake, more suitable for summer than for winter.
In the ground floor shower was no warm water. Also a complicated heating, there were rather cold.

Tolle Lage, leider sehr veraltet
Die Lage ist perfekt, direkt gegenüber ist der Seezugang. Der Vermieter war sehr zuvorkommend und hat auch die Heizung angestellt, als es dann doch zu kühl wurde im Appartement.
Das Appartement ist dringend renovierungsbedürftig, die Ausstattung ist sehr alt, die Einrichtung großteils nicht mehr schön. Die Küche ist nicht gut ausgestattet, zu wenig Geschirr, Gläser und Besteck sind vorhanden. Im Bad gibt es feuchte Flecken, bei den Fenstern zieht es rein. Es fehlt eine gemütliche Sitzecke im Appartement, es gibt nur den Essplatz.

Wunderschöner Ausblick
Die Lage dieser Unterkunft ist ein Traum,wenn man in der Früh aufsteht und den sagenhaften Grundlsee wie ein Gemälde vor sich hat. Der eigene Privatstrand gleich über die Straße ist auch ein wunderschönes Platzerl. Das man als Garten nutzen kann. Es gibt Liegebetten mit Schirmen. Einen großen Tisch unter einem Baum der natürlichen Schatten spendet. Der Vermieter ist freundlich. Ein Unimarkt ist in der Nähe und ein Lokal am Strand vom Seehotel. Parkplatz vorhanden.
Die Unterkunft an sich ist meiner Meinung nach eher für eine Familie oder für maximal 4Personen geeignet. Ein Zimmer ist großzügiger ein Zweites ist auch noch akzeptabel aber das Dritte ist winzig. Kaum Platz für zwei Erwachsene. Toilette mit Duschkabine in einem. Für größere Personen eher ungeeignet wegen der Dachschräge. WLAN dürftig.
