Very good place to take a rest

Very nice owners. Apartment was comfortable, also we had big balcony. Location for us was ok, because it was a little far from city center, so it was peaceful. Free parking for car. Air condition worked really good.

Everything was ok, no any special issues, just be prepare, that owner (woman) can't speak english, just german

Ante was very helpful and nice. Apartments are big & comfy, we've found everything we needed there. 15-minutes walk to the beach through a beautiful pine forest. Enough place for parking.

Be careful when you hang clothes on the dryer on the balcony. You can hit your head on the air conditioner!

Stayed just one night in this apartment in July. Very nice and very helpful host. Location is in quiet area, with a parking slot. It was very easy to find. Room nice and clean with good beds. Air conditioning was working good. This is a place to stay, if I ever will be in this area again I will stop here again. Thank you, we had a good stay.

Perfectly clean pension! The room, clean and equipped with everything necessary for a holiday stay. Generous balcony. Spacious courtyard with terrace, barbecue and parking space. The host gave us details about the surroundings and recommended the restaurants in the area. Thank you!

I love the location. Everything is in walking distance so we didn't have to use our car the whole stay, beautiful beaches, great restaurants. The owners were very friendly and welcoming, the apartment had everything you could need for your vacation, it is clean and comfortable. Will definitely visit Medulin again.

Clean spacious room with balcony. Room was well equiped.

Overall good place for families with small kids but: The city beach was crowded and extremely loud so we had to take the car and go to the costal beaches. Then we could not understand the noise during the saturday morning as at 4AM till 8AM seems guests left and they started to clean the appartments. It was very loud and we could not sleep that night.

Appartamento molto pulito, appena entrati nella stanza abbiamo sentito il profumo di pulito e di lavanda. Posizione ottima a due passi dal mare e dal centro e in una zona silenziosa. L'appartamento è dotato di tutti i comfort. Proprietari gentili. Ci tornerò sicuramente!

Wir wurden von Anton und Maria sehr herzlich begrüßt. Anton spricht auch deutsch. Wir hatten eine Maisonettewohnung in der oberen Etage mit zwei getrennten Schlafzimmer sehr sauber und groß. Alles ist fußläufig sehr gut zu erreichen.

Appartamento pulitissimo e fornito di tutto quello che serve; host super disponibile, gentile e molto ospitale. Abbiamo avuto un problema con lo scarico del wc ma l'host ha provveduto a risolverlo subito. Ci siamo trovati molto bene.

Schönes und ruhiges Appartement für einen entspannten Istrienurlaub.

Wir verbrachten 2 Wochen zu zweit mit Hund in dem Appartement. Unser Balkon war wunderbar zum Frühstücken. Es war sehr sauber. Die Lage war super - fußläufig zum Strand, zu Restaurants und dennoch ruhig. Mit dem Auto ist man schnell im Naturschutzgebiet Premantura. Vor dem Appartement befindet sich direkt ein Park zum Hundeauslauf. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Kedves vendéglátó, tiszta apartman. Közel (10 perc séta) a strand és az éttermek is. Ház előtt parkolás megoldható, viszont kevés az árnyék.

Nem volt mikró a konyhában, így egy tál ételt nem tudtunk melegíteni. A szobában cigarettafüst szag volt, mi nem dohányzunk, így zavart minket a szag. A teraszon lévő napernyő zsinórja nem a megfelelő helyen futott, így a felhúzás nehézkes volt.

Vacanza a Medulin

L'accoglienza di Antonio è eccezionale. Persona molto simpatica e disponibilissima. L'unica pecca che non parla né l'inglese e né l'italiano, ma comunque si riesce a comunicare bene.. La camera era molto pulite e accoglienti e corredata di tutto. Antonio mette a disposizione degli ospiti un angolo barbecue e cucina all'aperto completa di tutto. La posizione è ottima. Dista pochi minuti a piedi sia dal centro ( he è pieno di negozietti e molti ristoranti e bar) che dal mare. Il prezzo del soggiorno è più che onesto. Ciao Antonio stamattina sono ripartito presto e non ho potuto salutarti.

Die Unterkunft ist der zentral gelegen. Zum strand und in die Stadt sind es vielleicht 8 Minuten zu Fuß. In der Nähe sind Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Bei der Unterkunft kann man parken und der vermietet ist super. Kann etwas deutsch sprechen. Wir hatten lange nicht mehr so eine saubere Unterkunft. Hat uns sehr gefallen! Preis Leistung ist top.

Un ottimo mini soggiorno.

Noi abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte per un'evento motociclistico che si è svolto in un campeggio vicino al mare. La struttura è a 5 minuti a piedi dal mare, per cui comodissimo senza l'uso della macchina che si può lasciare nel parcheggio della struttura. L'appartamento a noi assegnato, impeccabile! Pulito l'ambiente, pulita la biancheria, fornito di aria condizionata, bagno pulitissimo e fornito di asciugamani. Essendo un appartamento, c'è la cucina dove si può prepararsi la colazione, pranzo ecc in autonomia. Gentilissimi i proprietari. Consiglio questa struttura a tutti!

Herzliche Gastfreundschaft und Komfort in Studios Simona

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in den Sudios Simona und können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen! Das Appartement war sehr sauber, gemütlich und gut ausgestattet, sodass es uns an nichts gefehlt hat. Die Lage ist ebenfalls hervorragend, um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Vermieter. Sie sind unglaublich nett und zuvorkommend und haben uns mit ihrer herzlichen Art sofort das Gefühl gegeben, willkommen zu sein. Es war eine große Erleichterung, dass die Vermieter Deutsch sprechen, was die Kommunikation sehr einfach und angenehm gemacht hat. Sie standen uns jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite und gaben uns tolle Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants. Vielen Dank für die großartige Zeit – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Soggiorno da sogno

Siamo super soddisfatti del nostro soggiorno! Sono rimasta piacevolmente colpita dalla pulizia! Era tutto pulitissimo e profumatissimo! La camera era al terzo piano, molto spaziosa e dotata di tutto il necessario: lenzuola, asciugamani, asciugacapelli, bagno finestrato, balcone con tavolo e sedie e un comodissimo ombrellone per ripararsi dal sole del mattino (e uno stendi panni). Comodissimo frigo con piccolo freezer incorporato. Il proprietario è gentilissimo e carinissimo! Parla tedesco, ma se avete problemi, all'occorrenza chiama Piero che vi parlerà in italiano! Avendo allungato il soggiorno di una notte, la signora delle pulizie è stata molto gentile poiché ci ha spostato tutte le valigie e il cibo nel frigorifero da una stanza all'altra. La posizione è perfetta perché non è nel centro di Medolino, lontana dalla confusione, e in macchina in 15 minuti si raggiungono le spiagge più belle, compresa Premantura. Lo consiglio a tutti!
