At the foot of the Valmorel slopes, a 85 m² apartment with a south-facing terrace overlooking the Piou Piou Club, located in the lively pedestrian shopping district, on the 1st floor of 30 Bourg Morel, above the Immobilier Soleil real estate agency, (3 min), right next to the ski lifts, the ESF, and shops.
South-facing:
A living/dining room opening onto the terrace, a sofa and TV, a fully equipped kitchen, a dishwasher, and a washing machine.
A bedroom with a double bed (140 wide) and a large closet.
North side:
A bedroom with a double bed (140 wide), a large closet, and a television.
A bedroom with two bunk beds (80x190).
A room with a balcony, featuring a 140-wide double bed and a large closet.
Linens are provided (sheets, pillowcases, 1 bath towel per person, 3 bath mats, 2 dish towels) as well as household cleaning products.
A crib and a high chair are available for your use.
A security deposit of 800 € is required upon key pickup.

Appartement grand avec 3 salles de bain et WC idéal pour plusieurs couples. Situé au cœur de la station avec balcon ensoleillé. Dommage pas de Wi-Fi.
