Na tomto ubytování je naprosto nejlepší jeho umístění. Na nádraží jezdí přímý vlak z Prahy a z nástupiště je to do penziónu jen pár kroků, nachází se totiž přímo v nádražní budově. Nádražím prochází česko-německá hranice. Na německé straně je k dispozici řada restaurací, dvě muzea (přírodovědné a železniční) a galerie, to všechno uprostřed krásné přírody. Pokračovat pak můžete do Bavorské Železné Rudy. Dokázali jsme se tu dobře zabavit i s dvouletou dcerou.
Penzión připomíná spíš ubytovnu, místnosti nejsou dvakrát útulné a zařízení je minimalistické. Sdílená kuchyňka je malá, rozmístění sdílených sprch a toalet trochu nelogické. Všechno je ale dostačující. Prostě to odpovídá poměrně nízké ceně.

Wir benutzen diese Unterkunft manchmal um bei einer längeren Bahnreise eine Pause einzubauen. Dafür ist sie freilich extrem praktisch gelegen. Aber auch in allen anderen Belangen empfehlenswert, soweit man mit Gemeinschaftsbad und-Küche keine Probleme hat. Alles was man braucht nicht weit entfernt...Lift und sehr gute Matratzen. Zimmer sind geräumig, hell und mit Aussicht auf Wald und Zugverkehr, ohne etwa störende Lautstärke...
