About this house rental
The owners, Aline and Patrick welcome you to this pretty little family house, classified 3 *, very well placed, 200 m from the Arcachon bay and 200 m from the city center, for 5 people, 1 bedroom with a 160 cm bed , and a second bedroom with 140 cm bed, (possibility to rent linens), 1 living room, dining room with 140 cm sofa bed, 1 equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, fridge with freezer, gas stove ...), 1 bathroom, 1 separate toilet, washing machine, 1 barbecue, 1 shaded terrace, 1 large fenced garden, deckchairs, 6 bikes, outdoor garage, free WIFI connection.
This rental is very quiet, and located next to the market place which takes place every Tuesday.
Ares is ideally placed, near the expressway which goes to Cap Ferret in 20 minutes, and to Bordeaux in 35 minutes.
In addition, 10 km away are the fine sandy beaches of Grand Crohot, Cap-Ferrret and Porge.
New: a Serge Blanco Thalassotherapy center has just opened in Claouey, 5 km away.
The traditional oyster festival takes place every year for August 15.
Discovery of the Arcachon basin (the Banc d'Arguin, dune du Pyla ...), boat trip, oyster tasting, fishing, surfing.

Maison agréable et fonctionnelle, très bien située.
Accueil chaleureux par les propriétaires Aline et Patrick. qui nous ont donné de bons conseils pour profiter pleinement de la région.

Das Haus und Ausstattung entspricht den Bildern. Alles sehr gepflegt! Für 2 Personen war es grosszügig. Auch bei Regen konnten wir draussen auf der Terrasse sitzen. Die bereitgestellten Fahrräder sind gut in Schuß. Schöne Radwege sind schnell erreicht. Zum Hafen, wo in typischen Fischerhüten Austern und Meeresfrüchte zum Kauf oder im Restaurant angeboten werden, kann man laufen. Auch das kleine Zentrum ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen. Insgesamt haben wir das Mietauto wenig genutzt. Aline und Patrick sind freundliche Gastgeber. Wäscheausstattung und Endreinigung haben wir direkt bar bezahlt. Leider wurde während unseres Aufenthalts im Nachbarhaus saniert und es gab Bauarbeitennauf einem nahegelegenen öffentlichen Platz. Es war daher nicht so ruhig, wie wir es uns gewünscht hätten. Insgesamt empfehlen wir die schöne Unterkunft.
