Stanze molto grandi, parcheggio riservato, facilità di accesso, doppi bagni, paesaggio, location.
La struttura è distante dai servizi più elementari, l'appartamento a nostra disposizione non era curato, soprattutto i bagni con arredi datati e logori; la cucina scenica ma poco organizzata, dotazioni scarse e stoviglie spaiate; frigorifero da incasso smontato e sporco. Il riscaldamento è preimpostato, perciò abbiamo avuto freddo di giorno e caldo di notte. Materassi e cuscini poco confortevoli.
