Exceptional

The apartment was equipped with everything we needed and was really clean, which was important to us as we were traveling with a baby. The host is super friendly, and the location is really good, a 10-minute walk from the city center and 5 minutes from the beach. All in all, really neat accommodation 👌

Nice terrace - beautiful plants in the garden. It was adequately equipped

In need of updating. Old bedding and towels . I was badly bitten by insects at the property dépité keeping windows snd fours closed after dark.

Very disrespectful host!

Unfortunately, this has been our worst experience in Rovinj. The host treated us really badly, because a friend visited us. She told us she had cameras (although she never mentioned that when we arrived, according to the law), so we asked her to check the cameras when she accused us of bringing the friend to sleep in our appartment. We tried to clearly explain it was a 1-hour visit, but she barely spoke any English ad was screaming at us in German that we are not allowed to have any visitors. I do not recommend this place and this host at all.

Disappointing

The apartment smelled of mold. I looked for the cause of this and found lots of black spots under the mattress. When i pointed it out to the host, she dismissed it and said i should open the window.

Exceptional

Super nice host. We had everything what we needed for one week vacation here. Accomodation is 10 min walk to the beach and also 10-15 min walk to the city centre. Street is nice and quiet. Nearby is restaurant, bakery and also supermarket. You can rent a bike in next street. Everything was great and we can definately reccomend.

great location and a very friendly host

The host was very friendly and helpful. We felt welcome and really enjoyed our stay here. The appartment is in a walking distance from the centre of Rovinj (5min walk to the port) and the building is located in a quiet street and a offers a garden patio. I will definitely come back!

Good location and a lovely host

Lovely family owning the place. The room was clean and cozy and had everything you need. The owners are super friendly and will help you out with everything. Parking is available on the premises and is amazingly convenient. 10 min walk to the center, 10 min walk to the next beach. We had a great stay.

Nous y avons séjourné une semaine, le logement est bien situé, proche du centre-ville et de la plage. Lors de notre séjour, la propriétaire était très réactive en cas de besoin, mais aussi aux petits soins envers nous ainsi que de notre enfant.

Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo

Proprietaria super accogliente, gentile e disponibile. Alloggio pulito, con una camera ampia e ben arredata. Buona la dotazione della cucina. Abbiamo apprezzato molto lo spazio esterno per mangiare. Posizione molto buona, con una camminata di 15 minuti si raggiunge il centro e a 10 minuti a piedi ci sono alcune spiagge. Il parcheggio gratuito all'interno della proprietà è un valore aggiunto perché a Rovigno i parcheggi sono tutti a pagamento da quanto abbiamo visto

Se proprio c'è un "difetto" sono il bagno e la cucina piccolini ma sono comunque funzionali

Für einen Kurztrip und Städtetrip ok, für mehr als 3 Nächte würde ich wahrscheinlich nicht buchen. Vermieterin nett.

Gute Lage, Strand, Fähre/Hafen und Stadt gut zu erreichen. Großer Parkplatz nette Vermieterin.

Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist nicht so toll und allgemein etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Gefrierfach funktioniert nicht, in 3 Tagen sind die Eiswürfel nicht gefroren.

Entspanntes Appartement in herzlicher Umgebung

So ein herzlicher Empfang! Sehr ruhige Lage, aber man ist flott überall. Perfekt für Radreisende! Die Küche ist zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Alles ist sauber.

Remek apartman

Kényelmes, jól felszerelt apartman, saját parkolóval. Remek elhelykedés, a központ egy rövid sétával elérhető. A strandra mi autóval jártunk, ahol ingyenes volt a parkolás. A tulajdonos hölgy várt bennünket, nagyon kedves személyiség! Szívesen visszatérünk!
