Excellent location, very welcoming staff. Yamamoto was very kind to us on check in. The hotel has great amenities, and the rooms are very spacious. Great access to both the city and the bus and ferry terminal.
Pillows were very thin and uncomfortable. Hotel is centrally air conditioned so you can’t control your own room temperature, but this wouldn’t stop me from staying here again.

繁華街や港にも歩いてアクセスできるロケーションや、ウェルカムドリンクのサービス、お部屋の広さも十分で、土曜日の夜には無料の館内イベントもあり、時間を持て余すことがありませんでした。また、傘や自転車の貸出しもしてくれており、出かけるのに非常に便利に使わせていただきました。
楽しみにしていた朝食も、マグロや八重山そば、海ブドウや島豆腐など、期待どおり地域の特産品がいろいろあり、大満足でした。

清潔かつ快適性が保たれ、島唄ライブ、各種泡盛試飲が出来て石垣島ならではの滞在が楽しめる。従業員の方の対応も好印象が持てました。家族３人旅行でしたが、ベッドはクイーン2台、シングル1台で快適に寝られました。
悪天候だったので石垣港までの5分が割としんどかった。
