TEA Apartments

The place was exceptionally clean, and fully conformed to the pictures. Everything was great. We had an excellent stay.

Apartman je jako lepo uredjen sa svim sadrzajima koje su potrebne za opusten odmor. centar gde je vecina desavanja nalazi se na 50 ak metara a plaza na oko 250. Domacini jako ljubazni i spremni za brzo reagovanje u slucaju poziva. Blizu apartmana je puno restorana, kafica i prodavnica sa pristupacnim cenama. Ako vreme dozvoli eto nas opet u septembru. Iskrena preporuka.

We stayed in the apartment for 4 nights. Host and keys: We meet with the host right in front of the apartment immediately after we called her, and she handed us the keys and presented the apartment. She was friendly and informative and we are thankful for this. Apartment: The apartment has one living room with very large sofa and kitchen and a separate bedroom. All the amenities, furniture and equipment is rather new and everything works fine, and the apartment was clean. There is a very large smart TV, and you can connect/cast from your devices if you have streaming services. The kitchen was fully equipped, and we used it for breakfast in the room. The bedroom is large enough, and the bathroom was ok. There are balconies on both living room and bedroom. All windows have nets for insects. There is aircon only in the living room. There is no elevator (in case you need it). For us it was fine - but pay attention to this, in case you mandatory need elevator. We had all required bathroom amenities, white towels and bed lining. Parking: There is no option to park in the street in front of the apartment, but there is a large paid parking area at 5 minutes walk and it costs 12 BGN/day during the summer season. Location: The location is very good. The apartment is located on a small street very close the main pedestrian area in Pomorie (3 minutes walk). The main beach is also at 6-7 minutes walk in the opposite direction. The area is with older houses/villas and flats, near the busy center. Conclusion: We thank our host for help and services, and recommend this apartment for visiting Pomorie. The price was really good, and the even if we had minor issues, I think it's a very good option.

There are some minor things that could be better, and I always think it's good to report them to help both hosts and guests: - there is no dining table in the living room. Because the sofa is very large, there is no space for a dining table. You either eat at the kitchen counter, standing, either on the coffee table near the sofa, but that's too low in height, neither good options. This renders somehow the large kitchen a bit unusable if you decide for a longer stay and want to use it. - the bed sheets in the bedroom are not big enough for the large bed, and they move during the night, and you wake up sleeping directly on the bed mattress. - this is not our host fault, but even if the windows/doors had nets for insects, the room was full of mosquitoes. Perhaps the previous guest left the balcony door (or net) open during the evening, I don't know, but it was a hassle in the first two nights, until we found all of them. I think the host could handle this by using an insect killing spray between guests for half an hour, and air the room before the next guest arrive. As a guest - I think it would be a good option to have a mosquito deterrent device with you when you visit Pomorie (because of the lake Pomorie, there might be some mosquitoes in any accommodation).

There really isn't that much to say - everything is as it should be. Hosts are great! Location is as good as it can be - right in the centre, but on a quiet street and the beach is five minutes away, no more. Property itself is finely equipped with everything you might ask for during your vacation. Wi-fi is pretty fast too. Will be glad to visit them again.
