Kallisti

Lovely spot opposite the beach. Minutes walk to all the restaurants. Very kind owners.

Every was great. It would help if they put a soap holder rack in the shower.

A comfortable room set back from the sea front. Finikounda is a tiny resort so you don't have to walk very far for all the shops and tavernas. It is tiny so there are only a couple of shops and a wellstocked supermarket. Plenty of eateries to chose from even when we visited in October. Places start to shut in October so you don't get the full slection of places to eat in. Getting back to Kallisti it's run by Sonia who is a lovely host, helpful and friendly.

My personal dislike were the plastic sheets on top of the mattress. I can see why they use them as Kallisti is popular with the older generation that might provide a risk to the beds but if you aren't incontinent they make what is a comfortable bed uncomfortable. Other than that everything is perfect and I would recommend it.

Die Besitzer waren total nett und freundlich. Man fühlte sich wie bei Freunden. Die Unterkunft war ausreichend groß, schöner Balkon mit Meerblick, im zugehörigen Café gab es lecker Frühstück und Getränke. Man konnte bei gutem Wetter sehr schön draussen vor der Pension sitzen. Parken direkt am Haus war Ende September problemlos. Strand praktisch vor der Tür, Ortskern mit Restaurants wenige Gehminuten. Und ein original Tzatziki-Rezept gab es gratis obendrauf :-) ...

Nichts.

Die hübsche Unterkunft liegt direkt am langen Strand ,nur eine Strasse dazwischen und am Rand des kleinen Städtchens Finikounda. Unser Zimmer mit Blick zum Meer war sauber und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Die Gastgeberin Sonja ist sehr freundlich, machte uns jeweils ein tolles Frühstück. Sollten wir wieder mal nach Finikounda kommen, würden wir gerne im Kallisti buchen. Danke Sonja für Deine Gastfreundschaft !
