Independent 5-room villa on two levels, in a quiet area, with no overlooking neighbors and stunning views.
This villa, with the charm of Provençal style, offers a tasteful decoration and a peaceful environment. It is equipped with air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room, as well as high-speed fiber internet access with WiFi.

Stunning views of the sea and the Gulf of St-Tropez from the villa and the garden.
A private pool measuring 9 x 4.5 meters, maintained by a pool cleaner and open according to the season. The villa offers a one-car garage.

- On the mezzanine, 2 double bedrooms that can accommodate up to 4 adults, and 1 bedroom with 4 bunk beds.
- Living/dining room equipped with a satellite TV (French and international channels) and a Hi-Fi system.
- Independent studio with a desk, sofa, and high-definition TV.
- Independent and fully equipped kitchen.
- One bathroom with a bathtub and separate toilets on the mezzanine and a shower room with WC on the ground floor.

The villa is located 2 km from the beach and the center of Les Issambres, with its shops and restaurants. It is also close to Sainte-Maxime (10 km), Saint-Raphaël, and Saint-Tropez, which is accessible by "bateaux verts" sea shuttle from the port of Les Issambres.
Access and Activities:
Nice Airport is 1 hour away (70 km). Nearby activities include hiking, golf, horse riding, windsurfing, boating and other water sports, tennis, and thalassotherapy.

You really come to this house for the view! Beautiful view, good size swimming pool, nice outdoor terraces. Nice neighborhood. Communication went well. Air conditioning works in the three bedrooms and 1 in the hallway. There is no air conditioning in the studio downstairs of the house, but we did not sleep there.

Die Villa hat voll unseren Erwartungen entsprochen. Sauber, tolle Lage und der Blick aufs Meer ist unbeschreiblich schön.
Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub.

Höhepunkt dieses Urlaubs war sicherlich das Ferienhaus. Toller Blick, geschmackvoll und mit Liebe eingerichtet, sehr sauber, komplett ausgestattete Küche und ein klasse Schwimmbad.
Wir waren super zufrieden.

My family stayed at Anne-Marie's home for 2 weeks last summer. It was so wonderful!!!!! We have spent almost every summer in Les Issambres over the past 5 years and rented a different house each time. This house! This home, was instantly our favorite! And I hope we can come again this summer!
It is a warm and comfortable home with amazing views and great pool! Close to town, but away from it all... it has everything! Well, except a proper BBQ.... I would gladly gift Anne-Marie a Webber grill, just to come back every summer!!!!!
We loved everything about our stay here!!! Thank you!!!!
