There is a free parking in front of the house. The house is nicely arranged. The host is very friendly. We got a welcome drink by our choice. The rooms are comfortable and clean. There was everything that we needed. The breakfast was very good.

Very friendly host, comfortable room, great breakfast.

Very friendly host, who took the time to ensure that any requests would be fulfilled (e.g. what did I want for breakfast). Big room and bathroom, clean, plenty of space, comfortable bed. Very good insulation, quiet. I am a frequent traveller, and this is a place where I felt immediately at home.

No bedside table, nowhere to put my suitcase on, no towel rack next to the bath. Narrow staircase with very small steps.

Welcome drink was a great touch. Breakfast was fantastic. Bedroom & Bathroom were lovely. Loved the old building but enjoyed that the room had been updated very well.

Location is a bit out of the way with no restaurant or bar within walking distance. We drove to a restaurant in Westouter which was really nice. However the location is very convenient for all the WW1 landmarks we wanted to see.

Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst ... je voelde echt dat je welkom was! Minibar 24u/24u (met ruime keuze) is een enorm pluspunt! Aparte salon met tv waar je even tot rust kan komen was ook een enorme meerwaarde. Rustige ligging. Goede uitvalbasis om de streek aldaar te verkennen. Ontbijt 's morgens was zeer lekker met verse producten! Het oude pand straalt zeker ook een eigen charme uit!

Una bonita casa. La anfitriona muy amable y la persona que atendió el desayuno igualmente. No había podido decirle mi hora de llegada porque estaba conduciendo y no vi su mensaje, pero en cuanto la llamé vino rápidamente a explicarme todo y darme las llaves. La habitación era grande, cómoda, limpia y acogedora. El desayuno es excelente. Aparcamiento fácil en la puerta.

Me dio pena que mi estancia hubiera de ser tan corta. No hubo nada del alojamiento que no me gustase.

Ontbijt was uitgebreid, verse producten. Het evenement waarvoor we kwamen lag op 4km ervan. We werden hartelijk ontvangen en kregen goede tips om uit te gaan eten

prachtig herenhuis, super vriendelijk onthaal, duidelijke afspraak om een berichtje te sturen ongeveer een half uur voor aankomst, heerlijk ontbijt, rustige tuin met veel hoekjes ifv privacy, luxueuze badkamer, we konden last minute nog een piknik bestellen

als er dan toch nog iets kan verbeteren, dan zouden muggenramen op de kamer heel welkom zijn.

Het ontbijt was voor ons perfect. De kan koffie i.p.v. de machine te moeten martelen volgens de hoeveelheid koffie die wij 's morgens drinken was heerlijk. Dorine is een gastvrouw uit de duizend, ze kan met iedereen overweg zelfs met lastige, veeleisende klanten zoals wij. Bedankt Dorine voor de hele goede zorgen.

Wederom hebben we intens genoten van de zeer hartelijke ontvangst, een aangenaam en comfortabel verblijf, met als kers op de taart, een heerlijk en met veel zorg klaargemaakt ontbijt.

Hartverwarmende service en topteam!

We werden ontzettend warm ontvangen en geholpen door het hele team. Iedereen deed er alles aan om ons verblijf zo comfortabel mogelijk te maken. We wilden graag twee fietsen huren, maar door de Tour de France was alles uitverkocht. Toch is het hen gelukt om alsnog twee fietsen voor ons te regelen – echt topservice! Dankzij hun inzet hebben we volop kunnen genieten van onze trip.
