Apartamenty Katowice by Lantier - Basen & Gabinet SPA

We could check-in earlier, which was very good for us. There is a big free parking (part of it close to the street, part behind the hotel), a big buffet breakfast. The apartment was wide too. Baby cot was prepared as requested. We did not have a chance to use sauna or pool, which were included anyway.

Dirty curtains, some window blinds in the living room were blocked/broken and we couldn't open or close them. The kitchen was quite old and with crooked fronts. Wallpapers and chairs were also a bit dirty. The bedroom's door couldn't be closed because of the bed blocking it. The sofa in the living room was noisy and seemed old. While the breakfast was good, the breakfast service was not great: there was one free table which had only one chair, to our request of bringing a second chair a waitress replied that "there are no other ones", but after another comment she looked for chairs and provided us with one. Also, she removed one of the two food mats on the table after the previous guests, we also had to ask to change the second mat and clean the table, which she did but should have been done without us asking for it. There is no elevator in the apartment part.

In the apartment was very bad cigarettes smell. The hotel changed the room because of it, so its ok. The bar of the hotel was closed after 6 pm on Sunday, so you cant get any food or drinks. If you want to have a bathrobe, you need to leave deposit for each bathrobe..
