Good sized rooms and lounge, friendly staff in apartment block

Location and friendliness are really good, but the bed is really bad. Very small and hard. We used all the blankets we had to make it a little more comfy. Also the tact that you have to pay for wifi is not of this time anymore. We rented a wifi box for 7 eur per day and still it was not reliable. That’s a pity!

Fantastic view from the living room window, nice design of the living room, well furnished and equipped kitchen, bakery open from early morning next door, nice food shops next door, a rather isolated holiday resort but with nice hiking trails right there

When the main entrance door to the building broke down and it was not possible to get inside it was hard to get assistance/ help

The flat was a good size, for 2 people. I was able to bring my dog, we had a lovely view from the balcony.. There were several nice walks straight from the apartment. Access on foot to shops and restaurants. Free car parking place on the premises. Fully equipped kitchen

Really ugly concrete apartment blocks - what a pity! No warning of a 500 Euro deposit required on the booking.com website. This is only given at confirmation time from the property, by which time you can no longer cancel without losing money. If you have a small budget on your credit card, 500E gives it a good squeeze, so make sure you budget for it. Wi-fi costs extra, and not very good. Be prepared to spend an hour doing an itemised inventory of the apartment when you arrive. You will be given a list of every single item in the apartment and asked to tick each item, and hand it back the day after your arrival. Not the most relaxing thing to have to do when you're on holiday! You can pay extra for cleaning to be done for you at the end of your stay, but it is given as 55-80 Euros on the website. They tried to charge 82 Euros, which I refused. It would be helpful if the price could be more specific on the website - it depends on apartment size. There were only 2 of us in an apartment for 8. We could not imagine having 8 people here.

The apartment is large, very well equipped , very clean with an amazing view from the huge balcony. The staff is very polite and helpful. There is a shop nearby where you can buy almost all you may need. We would like to come back in the winter season.

The access to the underground parking is a little bit difficult if you have a big size car. A washing machine would have been great.

Personnel pro et sympathique. L appart bien situé et spatieux, lit confortable.

Emplacement de l'immeuble pratique. Garage dans l'immeuble pratique. Très belle vue.

La literie est atroce. Je pèse mes mots. Cela fait plusieurs fois que nous allons dans cette résidence et quel que soit l'appart, c'est pareil. Suite au dernier séjour, nous avons décidé de ne plus retourner là, tant pis car l'appart est nickel mais mal dormir et se casser le dos pour un prix si élevé, c'est fini !

Tot i que vem haver d'adelantar la tornada, els dies que vem estar vem poder gaudir d'un apartament molt ben equipat. Amb un matalàs confortable (de mida una mica just), una zona de menjador amplia-còmode-amb bones vistes, bany amb banyera, cuina amb tots els estris necessaris. L'Emelien ens va fer fàcil el check-in al parlar castellà. I tb ens van facilitar el check out express que vem haver de fer per tornar abans. Els gossos van estar com a casa i això ajuda a gaudir de l'estança. Un lloc recomanable

Les dimensions del llit poder són una mica justa si ets una persona corpulent o alta. Nosaltres som de cuinar a casa, i tot i que teníem tot tipus d'estris vem trobar a faltar espai per fer la preparació. Poder una taula plegable collada a la paret podria afegir aquest espai extra. L'altre punt q ens va sorprendre va ser el cost extra del pàrquing. No sabíem que Flaine si vols deixar el cotxe al poble has d'estar allotjat i pagar una taxa per deixar-lo. Per la resta tot genial.

Appartement spacieux bien agencé et bien équipé. Nous avions loué un appartement pour 6 et étions 4. À 6 cela aurait pu être un peu exigu. Personnel très agréable et disponible. Ski bus devant la résidence.

Première semaine de location de la saison. Appartement un peu poussiéreux.
