Pool and hot tub was nice.
Concerned about the safe. Small so couldn’t lock up my laptop. Plus: the owner or Maintenance should check the attachment of the safe to the wall as it appears loose.

Great location. Beautiful large size 1 bedroom and 2 full bathrooms with shower. Kitchen is well stocked. King bed is very comfy. Nice large screen TV and all cable subscriptions. Easy walking distance to the beach and many great restaurants. Many nice features in the large condo building, including great rooftop pool and open lounging and dining areas. Also Great sunset viewing.
No private parking. But there is usually open street parking available.

Absolutely perfect location. Nice roof deck/pool.
Unit was not well maintained. Faucets sprayed everywhere, shelving was loose. Very low on cutlery. Some of the bowls were not cleaned well. It was old and tired.
