Great location half-way between Rome and our destination on the heel of the boot in Puglia. Hands-on owner, very good staff, excellent restaurant with great service and interesting menu. Secure car park, lovely garden with large pool.
No bar for a pre- or post meal drink.

Bellissima struttura immersa nel verde, con tutte le comodità per rilassarsi. Ottimo punto di partenza per visitare il circondario. Il personale gentilissimo e professionale. Una "menzione" particolare al direttore, sig. Saverio. Persona estremamente empatica attento a qualsiasi nostra esigenza.

Lovely setting
Cannot understand why this Hotel has been granted a 4* rating.
Rooms are pretty basic and we found the bed too hard for our taste. The AC/heating unit was loud and pretty ineffective and we were disturbed by the bright flashing of the Fire Alarm on the ceiling. We were awakened at 6am by the howling of Dogs (I assume in a neighboring property).
The food was good but not that hot and the wine list was considerably depleted.
Staff were pleasant but overall not a memorable stay.
