Location, parking. Efficient and stress free arrival and departure. Decent size rooms .. not your standard shoe box size.
Very hot rooms with no fan and no aircon. It was so uncomfortable that none of the family could sleep at night. Leaving the windows open for air circulation resulted in mosquitoes and bites to everyone
Breakfast was very over priced for the standard of what was provided. At the bottom end of the ranking of hotel breakfasts I have come across in my travels in +50 countries.

The town second town visiting the same hotel and Village
Shower was broken, host was rude booking.co says 13pm check in she was rude and hostile she said 3pm . Room was ok shutters in the bedroom but bathroom has window n the bedroom but bathroom doesn’t have shutters, absolutely crap night sleep on lays day of our trip really spoilt it
