Great stay and quiet town, when out of season

Great location, and the private parking is very beneficial if you come by car. Location makes visiting the nearby town easy. Nearby climbing locations are easily accessible for day trips. Provided a sachet of cleaning supplies, useful during the stay.

Slightly awkward room layout, but compensated by effective sound dampening of nearby train tracks. The kitchen is well-equipped, but an additional knife and cutting board would be helpful.

Nice stay with family and friends in a spatious flat

Apartment was very spacious, with 2 big bedrooms, a decent size living room, a nice shower. Terrace is pleasant. The flat is very well positioned it's easy to go places, the beach and enjoy the life of Borgio village.

Kitchen is a little old fashion on not very equipped, but it served its purpose.

Well equipped kitchen (excepts a hood!), private parking on site, a few food shops in 1m walk

It's very hot inside! We missed to check the a/c when we book and this was big mistake. Celling fans are present but almost useless against summer heat. No towels :( Tight kitchen, no hood. Had to close the kitchen door to keep all the coocking "smell" inside. Many many of mosquitos. Be warned: they are starting to eat u right on the parking. and finishing in the night!

Schöne großzügige Wohnung in Top Lage.

Sehr schöne und saubere Wohnung ( Nr.7) in Top Lage. Gegenüber ein Kaffee und ein Supermarkt. Meerblick und unter der Bahnlinie durch ist man in 10 Minuten zu Fuß am Strand. Netter freundlicher Kontakt. Parkplatz im Hof, durch ein el.Tor geschlossen . Großer Eckbalkon.

localisation exceptionnelle, appartement très spacieux. appartement lumineux, de nombreux rangements. marché au coin de la rue, petits commerces en traversant la rue. mer très proche. Visible depuis le balcon. Personnel très réactif. draps et serviettes fournies.

Відпочивали в 7 -х апартаментах в 2 -е дорослих , і 2 - е дітей. Більше у цей готель ми явно не приїдемо, та і іншим не радимо.. По порядку: по приїзду з кожного дорослого 5 євро туристичний збір, ( хоча це ніде не вказано), квитанція не була надана; видана зв'язка ключів, як начнеш підбирати, що від чого, то така забава..потрібно все просити, простирадло, бо було тільки 2, маленьке миюче 20 мл, 1 рулон туалетного папіру на 8 днів, сміттєві пакети, теж треба йти просити, у отеля ніби частний пляж, але для 4 людей 2 лежака, а інші можуть постояти.. Все потрібно йти і просити... Саме цікаве перед виїздом, принесли папірець , в якому написано, чи ми самі прибираємо апартаменти чи повинні оплатити послуги прибиральниці 55 євро. Тобто, коли ми платили бронювання ніякої інформації, про прибирання номеру перед виїздом , чи окремої оплати вказана не була... Ми попросили адміністрацію, надати інформацію, де це все сказано у нашому бронюванні, нащо вони почали надсилати копії бронювання людей на вересень місяць, де типу вже прописують ці умови.. Виписували половину ночі, з копіями інших бронювань, що чи ми прибираємо , а особливо вимиваємо кухню для наступних відпочиваючих чи платимо.. Звісно ми звернулися до букінгу, оператор перевірив наше бронювання , чим і підтвердив, що ми не забов'язані це робити, також відправив їм листа, що адміністрація не має права з нас це вимагати.. Дуже неприємно, ось ця халява, що оплати проживання, ходи випрашуй, то простирадла, то ще щось , а потім , ще типу прибири. Так, є така практика в Європейських отелях, але вона одразу вказується на букігну, а не потім , бо вони не хочуть оплачувати прибиральниці, то і це ви оплатіть ... Але навіть, після здачі номера, передачі ключів, коли пройшло половину дня, вони вирішили , що «хм» не вистачає пульта від кондиціонера, якого і не було, бо в цьому номері тільки вентелятори.

Très sympathique !

Emplacement parfait, belle destination touristique locale (peu d'étrangers, en mai), plage, commerces, balades, visites à proximité. Logement clair agréable, bien conçu et équipé. Accueil très sympathique, bonne ambiance dans l'immeuble très propre.

Les draps rectangulaires, très galère avec des enfants, prévoyez vos draps housses et vos couettes.

L’appartamento è spazioso e posto in una zona strategica di Borgio Verezzi. Vicinissimo a farmacia, supermercato, stazione e tutti i servizi essenziali. Comodissimo anche il parcheggio coperto davanti casa

Gestione dell’appartamento da parte di un ragazzo che è sembrato abbastanza scorbutico e scocciato. Le pulizie finali sono escluse dal prezzo e a carico dell’inquilino.

Super-Wohnung in Super-Lage zu einer Super-Reisezeit!

Die Ferienwohnung ist angenehm gross! Bei der Anreise findet man 2 Flaschen Wasser im Kühlschrank vor, ebenso eine winzige Grundausstattung mit Körperpflegeprodukten und Reinigungsmitteln.Die "Einweisung" der netten Roberta ( Concierge) klappt, auch ohne Sprachkenntnisse ganz gut. Angenehm ist der Parkplatz im verschlossenen Gelände vor dem Haus! Nur über die Strasse gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt sowie 2-3 andere Geschäfte. Dienstags findet der Wochenmarkt 50 m weit entfernt statt. In ca. 5-7 Minuten Fußweg erreicht man den langen und teils breiten Strand . Im Ort sind einige Sehenswürdigkeiten, alles fußläufig erreichbar.Sehr gut zu Fuß kann man nach Petra Ligure laufen, der Ort ist etwas urbaner.

Die Küchenausstattung könnte noch vervollständigt werden. Sehr gut wäre eine kleine Anzahl an Gewürzen ( kann man aber auch gegenüber kaufen). Auch Stuhlkissen wären angenehm( wir haben uns auf dem Markt etwas gekauft).

Posiziono ottima,due passi dal mare,vicino ai negozi,basta attraversare la strada e c'è la farmacia il bar e un market.il posto auto e' interno e coperto ,il treno si sente poco.Appartamento spazioso ,pulito e arredato e rifinito in modo piacevole e funzionale.
