Intero appartamento e posizione ottima

Vicinissima alla spiaggia pubblica, casa confortevole, pulita e spaziosa. Dotata di climatizzazione centralizzata e stoviglie a sufficienza. L'Host è stata davvero gentile e collaborativa. Abbiamo trascorso un ottimo soggiorno in famiglia

il mobilio è un pò datato, ma comunque funzionale. Per fare una critica costruttiva, io aggiungerei un minimo di risorse per i pernottamenti molto brevi ( non c'era un pizzico di sale o olio per anche per un singolo pasto) e soprattutto anche un solo panno in cucina per asciugare le stoviglie. Per il resto non posso che essere soddisfatta della struttura

La posizione comoda e l'appartamento molto spazioso, siamo stati benissimo.

Il check-in è stato molto frettoloso, sevirebbe soprattutto avvisare dello scalino all'entrata dell'appartamento, xché nella fretta di stare dietro al ragazzo mi mamma è inciampata e stava x cadere cosa che ci avrebbe rovinato la vacanza.

The apartment was very clean, spacious, and in a convenient location close to the sea, the village center, the train station, and the Borgio Verezzi caves. Having a dedicated parking space was also a big advantage and made it easy to move around the area by car. The people who welcomed us were kind and friendly, and overall the apartment worked well as a base to explore the surroundings.

We appreciated less the overall communication and hospitality approach from the property management. The listing did not clearly mention additional cleaning expectations, yet there were several laminated notices in capital letters warning about extra charges if the kitchen or apartment were not left exactly as found, which created an uncomfortable feeling during the stay. We were also surprised by the €5 token fee for each use of the shared washing machine, which can be inconvenient for families.
