We had an afternoon drink in the bar with great service. The breakfast at the hotel was yummy with a very good range of food. Overall a fabulous stay.

Breakfast was excellent-despite only having Museli /Granola mix available , the staff accommodated Harry's preference for WeetBix. The lovely Chef even offered and cooked up porridge on first morning (Harry's birthday)of our stay.
Better heating throughout the facility-sitting on top of heater in Polo Bar whilst having a drink.
Inability to have window open securely or door open securely at night whilst sleeping to let in fresh air.
Inclusion of unlimited access to sauna and mineral pool within price of room preferable.

Loved that breakfast was included which is quite rare these days, games area, the overall estate is beautifully renovated. The workout/pilates/spa is a great touch. Staff are very friendly.
I think a connection with the taxis would benefit the estate as it was difficult trying to grab one for dinner

Food and service
Not clean, hair in shower on arrival to room, paint peeling off walls, drab and dim decor, weeds all over gardens, horse poo on the paths around garden, tennis courts covered in mould and moss and unplayable, beds extremely uncomfortable, cocktails incorrectly made and bar staff blamed me as customer instead of taking accountability
