Many things failed to meet the standard that this establishment had. We fed back directly to the reception when leaving. The breakfast was exceptionally bad and the hotel was good enough not to charge us. Again we explained the issues and they seem to be aware of them. Unless we can have a good indication of their improvements, we will not be visiting again. I get them pression that the management may be making short cuts to improve profits.
