We arrived at 11.00am and allowed to check in immediately. Also asked for a 15:30 check out which was also allowed with no additional cost.

Nothing not to like. It’s as it says.

The fantastic views. Good location for the beach. Comfortable bed. Good shower. WiFi worked well. SW balcony got evening sun. Quiet at night, so slept well.

Small kitchen was fine for our 4 day stay, but would have needed more for a longer stay. Examples being a toaster, an oven, and more worksurface.

View from the balcony was amazing 😍.Towels where changed every day . Shadowed parking on-site.

Almost nothing to dislike ! Maybe more than 2 coffee capsules /day for us 😊

The place is spacious and clean.

The villa is located on top of the hill and you have to walk up and down around 400 m to go to the beach. Our room with 3 beds was on first floor next to the road and it was very loud during the night and we had to close the door and window which made it really hot inside and we needed to turn on AC which is not very healthy especially during the night. There is no breakfast available and the price alone for the room and it is not worth it because of the walking up and down-if you have more than one bag to carry to the beach you need to take the car, otherwise it’s burdensome. The beach is nice, but it is quite ruined because of the multitude of boats which leave out fuel on the surface of the water and the smell is unbearable. Parga has serious infrastructure issues with no parking available, a lot of cars and scooters trafficking constantly, even during the night. Most cars and scooters are old and the burnt gas smell is constant even while you eat because all restaurants/tavernas are next to the roads.
