Apartments Santo

The property is right on the water in the “old town” there are lots of great places to eat and shop, from high end to basic. The staff, shout out to Baka, made our stay amazing, they were accommodating and everything in the property was well appointed, great shower, 2 x double/queen sized rooms a coffee machine and ice and great breakfast included on the sunny terrace overlooking the water. We were well looked after by Katarina and her team.

Because we were in the middle of the action it was noisy. There were also a couple of persistent wasps that enjoyed breakfast with us.

Nydelig leilighet med god plass til fire personer. Gode senger, god air condition. Super beliggenhet og super service! Veldig god frokost! Anbefales!

Vi bodde tre netter på Santos med våre tre barn og hadde et veldig fint opphold. Kommunikasjonen med verten før ankomst var god og hyggelig. Leiligheten ligger perfekt til, bare et par minutters gange fra båthavnen. Vi bodde i toppleiligheten, som har to store soverom, en romslig stue og et rent og pent bad. Det er aircondition i alle rom, noe vi satte stor pris på i sommervarmen. Høydepunktet er den lille balkongen med fantastisk panoramautsikt. Beliggenheten er også svært rolig, siden leiligheten ligger i en gågate uten biltrafikk. Nydelig frokost var et stort pluss som var inkludert i prisen. Med tre barn var det veldig praktisk å ha både vaskemaskin og kaffetrakter tilgjengelig, og vi brukte begge deler hver dag. Kun ett minutts gange fra leiligheten går båttaxien til Zlatni Rat. Turen koster 4 euro per person og var en morsom opplevelse for barna, som også storkoste seg i vannlekeparken der. Vår personlige favorittstrand var den lille stranden ved Ribarska Kućica Restaurant. Den var roligere enn de større strendene og hadde få mennesker, noe som gjorde den ekstra hyggelig. Vi kan varmt anbefale Santos til familier som ønsker en sentral, rolig og komfortabel base på Bol.

It’s situated in the town centre, not too far from the Zlatni rat beach.

The whole building is owned by one family, so right above us as we had the Mother, who wakes up before 5AM (and uses all the facilities), then goes downstairs and cleans and prepares the restaurant (imagine the sounds of splashing water, delivery trucks, bottles clinging...) Every other day we were visited by her just to check on us. In the kitchen we didn’t have any pans, no ice tray (or bags), and when we asked why the dishwasher isn’t working, she stormed in, like we live together, and said that we have to kick it to start. (?) Some dishes from the cabinets were not clean. (Photo) There was so much dust under the bed like it haven’t been cleaned for months. (Photo) When we took our garbage to their container in the street, she yelled at us through the whole street that we have no right to do so. Not something you would wish for.
