The location is in the heart of Ayia Napa, bus station is 50m walk. The staff eas wonderful, friendly and helpfull

There is a noisy bar across, they play very loud music till 2am

The location could not be better. Everything is close by and right next to bus stops for public transport. 2 min walk to the strip (bar street). 5 min walk to the harbour.

It’s a cheaper alternative so I don’t mind older/outdated rooms. However, during our 4 night stay the room was not cleaned once. Bins were never emptied. This is problematic since you cannot flush toilet paper in Cyprus. I think this is counterproductive for the hotel because it just encourages people to flush their toilet paper (which we did not do we emptied our bins ourselves but not everybody would be so considerate). Had to ask twice for toilet paper. I asked for fresh towels, got them and was told “do not ask me again”. Wasn’t nice to pay for a hotel and not get basic hotel services like cleaning.
