I spent several days here. The experience is good for the money. The swimming pool was very nice. The room was cleaned every day. Hotel and restaurant Staff very helpful. My son (11) and myself could sleep very well every night. Parking is included and it is very convenient.

My room was clean, had hot water and the AC worked well. I wish though that it had a mini fridge to store perishable food. The staff was attentive and friendly, and having access to a safe deposit box gets high marks. I even got to enjoy the pool. However, I wish the staff would be more proactive regarding noisy guests at night times. Location wise, it’s bordering on Bella Vista and apparently unsafe area, so it’s best to stay on the BV side which is also close enough to two large supermarkets within walking distance and the waterfront boardwalk.

The location is away from the old town, but it is close to a metro station. The hotel itself is pretty tired, and the airconditioning is really old style, therefore it makes very loud noise. In addition, air conditioning is located on the similar height as the beds which I have never seen before, and this means it is not very pleasant when using it at night while you sleep.
