Good overall but quite a walk into town.

Clean, easy to maintain and well-equipped -toaster, kettle, coffee percolator, microwave, small dishwasher. No cooker but there is a microwave. Bed comfortable and king size.

Shower above bath had good pressure and plenty hot water but fixture to hold it didn’t work. Hairdryer holder also problematic. No draining board.

Nice swimming pool, free parking and room fits perfectly for a 4 member family.

Sofa bed was a bit noisy and property was not so close to the city centre. However, these items are totally manageable.

Comfortable stay close to the amazingly stunning Dinan

We only stayed one night but it would be so good for self catering as room with kitchen facilities and dining table fab. Lift to top floors. Bright and airy. Pool area looked good.

No view as we were on top floor with windows high up. Breakfast was adequate self service.

Be careful with spiders

Tiny swimming pool available in April

We found a huge black spider while unrolling the double sofa bed. It was the biggest spider we have ever seen, and run to hide in a little hole between the wall and the floor. Our two children were supposed to sleep in the sofa bed, but obviously that was not any longer a safe place. We asked for assistance to the various phone numbers listed in the reception, which at 9 pm was not attended. After some 15 minutes we managed to talk with a lady, who simply denied any help. So we had to spend a very uncomfortable night sleeping 4 persons in the other twin bed.

A good base to visit Dinan when arriving by car.

A good base to visit Dinan when arriving by car. We were able to check-in, drop everything & walk into the old town & down to the port for dinner. Good sized room with kitchenette. Had a relaxing hour in the pool at the end of the second day.

Even though it is an apartment-hotel I would have expected the beds to be made up, the pillows were but not the sheets or duvets. These had to be stripped at the end of the stay also. A pricelist in the room of what you'd be charged if you break anything but such detail didn't extend to cleanliness with dusty bedside tables and lamps. The pool cover was over the whole pool with no signs of it being recently moved.

Beds were not made, you have to do it on your own. Room looked like a waiting room. High roof, nearly no decoration, no carpets. Pool only open from 10:00 to 19:00. You have to Check out at 10:00, find the mistake.. Reception closed at 19:00.

Helpful reception. Excellent location. Quiet, warm and comfortable accommodation. This is our third or fourth visit, and it's certainly somewhere we would like to stay in future.

Comfortable and close to the center

Very well located, close to the centre, 10/15mn walking distance max. The bed was very confortable. Not very big bedroom but it's ok and nice bathroom towels

A bit warm as we had the flat under the roof, be careful in full summer as I didn't see air conditioning as far as I remember. Parking is to be paid but you can easily park for free closely

The room stank of cigarette smoke despite being a none smoking room. The bathroom was mouldy, a far cry from the pictures on the website! The room was generally unclean.

Great accommodation in a very beautiful town.

We booked a one bedroom apartment it was very spacious and clean. Excellent location and within easy walking distance to the historic centre of beautiful Dinan. Equally as important, especially for us, it was pet friendly. There are extra charges which are on the Vacancéole home site which explain why the bed was unmade on arrival. You can have a continental breakfast for an extra fee or like many order a morning baguette to take to your room. We enjoyed our stay here very much.

No washing machine. Use the laundromat opposite E.Leclerc, exceptionally clean and well valued.

The apartment is very spacious

I had booked for 4 people, 2 of which had to sleep on a sofa that was not big enough for two adults and very uncomfortable. But most importantly we had to put the linens on the bed?! And even weirder, on the way back the cleaning lady ran after us asking to remove the linen we had used?! Very confusing and unnecessary

Brief but lovely.

We got stuck in traffic so knew we were going to be late so called before our check in time and the lady on reception was very helpful and gave us the info we needed for a late check in. Excellent value for money. Wish we could have stayed longer to use the pool. Next time! Will definitely use again.
