Grand Bay Suites

Stayed here for 9 days. The apartment was big and had great cleaners that came every day to make up beds, wash dishes, empty the bin, change towels and do a general clean.. the kitchen came with a good sized fridge/freezer, hob & oven, microwave, toaster, plates and cutlery. There’s a balcony area with table & chairs for each apartment. Also air conditioning inside the apartment. The location is very good with the beach and bus stops very close by within walking distance, also shops, bars and restaurants nearby. There is also a large supermarket on the doorstep.

The bed did not have a mattress protector 😩 and the sofa was stained/dirty - looked like it needed to be chucked out. There were only 4 hangers in the wardrobe for 2 people for nearly 2 weeks and there is no iron in the room although you can request one. There was only 1 small mirror in the bathroom, no full length mirror. The only laundry facilities was a laundry room at the back of the complex with one washing machine and no drying facilities except one line inside the laundry room and a line outside.

Clean and has fully fitted kitchen

Lots of noise at night from another room, like children screaming Also the dogs outside almost attacked me while I was waiting for the taxi. Dont get me wrong I love dogs but it was scary

Accessible

Not enough place for parking

The apartment was very spacious. It exceeded our expectation, specially for the price that my friends and I paid. The location was perfect. The staffs as well as the owner were very welcoming. The pool was the cherry on the cake.

Due to the lack of proper functioning of the air conditioner in the living room, we had to turn it off. Since we used to clean everything after using or leaving the apartment, it would be great to have a broom, sponge, or dishwasher soap near by.
