Hotel bersih, asri stafnya sangat ramah, kejawen, tradisional, serba gebyok, view pegunungan, udara bersih, sejuk, suasana tenang, walaupun malam hari tidak menyeramkan. Sudah 2 kali saya menginap di hotel ini. Kuliner di sekitar hotel lumayan banyak.

Lokasi agak jauh dari kota semarang. Saran (pribadi), saya kurang suka masakan terlalu manis. Kebetulan menu sahur saya kemarin lauknya tempe, tahu, ayam, telur, dimasak bacem manis semua. Yang lainnya enakkkk sayur bayam, peyek.

Wir hatten ein Deluxe-Zimmer, das einfach und zweckmässig, aber sehr geschmackvoll im javanischen Stil eingerichtet war. Alles war äusserst sauber. Vor dem Zimmer standen zwei gemütliche javanische Stühle mit direktem Blick auf den Vulkan Gunung Ungaran – ein wunderbarer Ort zum Verweilen. Die gesamte Anlage ist phänomenal gestaltet, mit vielen alten javanischen Antiquitäten und eindrucksvollen Skulpturen, die zum Staunen einladen. Überall gibt es schöne Sitzgelegenheiten, um die gepflegte und ruhige Umgebung zu geniessen. Das Essen im Restaurant war ausgezeichnet, das Frühstücksbuffet hervorragend. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Freundlichkeit des Personals: sehr hilfsbereit, herzlich und aufmerksam. Ein Aufenthalt hier ist absolut empfehlenswert. Es waren mehrheitlich einheimische Gäste vor Ort, was eine wunderbare Gelegenheit bietet, in die indonesische Kultur und ihre Gepflogenheiten einzutauchen. Unser Aufenthalt war fantastisch und geprägt von vielen liebevollen Begegnungen mit den Indonesiern.

Wir hatten einige kleinere Unannehmlichkeiten im Badezimmer. Es gab keinen Duschvorhang mehr, sodass beim Duschen – wenn der Duschkopf in der Halterung blieb – das ganze Badezimmer nass wurde. Zudem lief das Lavabo nicht richtig ab, weshalb man jeweils den Stöpsel entfernen musste. Es handelt sich dabei um Kleinigkeiten, die sich sicher schnell beheben lassen.

Nothing, restaurant is good but not exceptional

Hotel and Location: Good location with unique features at the property. Hotel Staff Members: Friendly staff members. Health Protocol: The hotel provides basic protective measures against COVID-19 including temperature device, hand sanitizers, soaps and handwashing facilities.

Health protocol: There are strict guidelines that must be followed by hotel staff members on reducing the risk of spreading COVID-19. When dining at restaurant or wedding hall, people should not gather in groups inside of restaurant or wedding hall. We saw seating capacity not reduced and tables not spaced at least six feet apart at the restaurant and none of hotel staff members remind their guests on social distancing. Food and Beverage: An excellent dining experience these days are no longer only determined by the taste of the food but also its presentation. Breakfast did not meet our expectation. All hot beverages (coffee, tea or herbal drinks) must be of the best quality and to be served at the right temperature. A choice of brown or white sugar and creamer substitute should be given. Cappuccino, espresso, café latte or Americano must be served in its respective cup. When serving hot soups, always make sure to serve the broth stays hot. Restaurant Utensils: A standard hotel restaurant might choose a highest quality of dinnerware, glassware, flatware, serving and display platters/trays, serving and display bowls, serving utensils, and more. These utensils must be clean with no marks. Swimming Pool: It is slippery and need re-designing to meet the strict requirements related to safety and hygiene. Room Amenities: Wet or dry bath mat should be replaced. Safety deposit box and hand towel should be provided. Single serve mixed coffee should not be given. Instead, single serve coffee and creamer must be served in certain quantities.
