The hotel is a beautiful old building with real character, perfectly located to visit Plasencia. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The breakfast was also very good.
We were disappointed with the evening restaurant facilities and service. Despite the fact that there were few customers, the service was slow and not attentive to our needs. We ordered a first course of cod cakes which were served so cold that they had no flavour and we had to send them to be warmed up; for the main course we had meat balls but in a sauce which was excessively salty. The overall experience was out of keeping with the rest of the hotel, and suggested a lack of care both by kitchen staff and waiting staff.

Location and general look
Charged €27 for dog (expensive) and additional fir parking. Breakfast extremely expensive for what’s available

Our suite was large with old historical brick arches but without windows to the outside.
