Arrived late unfortunately and had to call the number, Rania was very kind and talked me through what I had to do to get the keys etc.
A large bottle of water was provided in the mini fridge along with some clean glasses.
Accommodation was very nice and plenty of space with even a little table and some chairs.
I did think maybe some bowls, plates and cutlery could have been provided. There isn't a kitchen but there is a mini fridge and a small table where you could eat if you wished but you have to have your own cutlery and stuff.
Also I personally didn't mind the shower but my friend who shared the accommodation with me said it was way too powerful. Move the toilet roll from the hanger when you take a shower as it will get soaked.

Great location!
Bed was a bit hard, but the room was family-sized and large enough for a family.

The location is great, just in the old city. Beds are comfy, you have all you need.
A bit expensive, but that's just how much things are in Nafplio!
