El tracte del Carles i el personal que treballa és excel·lent i molt proper. La suite està en molt bon estat. Les rutes que es poden fer i el paisatge els voltants són brutals. I la piscina pels nens és genial.

Les dugues nits que vem estar, vem estar SOLS, només ens va atendre una persona a l'entrar. Vem estar 2 nits i no hi havia ningú ni al voltant, ni en lloc. Havies d'agafar el cotxe per fer una mica de senderismo, no hi havia cap caminet per on anar i per la carretera era perillós. Les nits eran fosques a partir de les 18h i no hi havia molta llum iluminant els voltants
que hi hagués una mica més d'ambient
