it would take very little to make this an excellent hotel from being a very good one!

very clean and comfortable hotel. within walking distance of the seafront and many restaurants. excellent breakfast. friendly staff. it had a lift

the en suite wash hand basin was tiny!! the reading lights were of such a low voltage that reading in bed was almost impossible.

A very enjoyable stay which offered comfort and care at all times - highly recommended!

Location of the hotel was good - near enough to walk to local restaurants, the beach etc but set in a quiet street which was peaceful at night. The staff were friendly and very helpful at all times - nothing was too much trouble for them. Room was a good size, towels and bedlinen of a good quality and electric fan was most welcome during the very hot weather. Choice of breakfast was excellent and the garden was very relaxing,

A very clean and comfortable hotel, friendly staff. All we needed for a one night stay.

It was quite noisy as we had a room nearest the road, also hot however we did get given a fan which helped.

Location far from the center. The staff were rather cold. The receptionist asked me if I payed when I was leaving the hotel while they asked me to pay at the arrival. I felt a bit insulted.

In winter they really need to add heating in the bathroom and in the toilets. Otherwise it’s really cold.

La proximité du centre ville appréciable. La literie est confortable. Le balcon appréciable mais pas d'assise.

L'espace dans la chambre un peu exiguë pour circuler. Le bruit en permanence des chasses d'eau et de la salle de bain des chambres à proximité. 1 seule chaise pour 2 compliqué pour prendre le petit déjeuner en chambre.

Hôtel charmant avec jolie vue sur des arbres

Très bon accueil et très bon petit déjeuner. Nous avons pu également profiter d’un soin en duo au spa, c’était vraiment très agréable !

Seul bémol, quand nous sommes arrivés dans la chambre il faisait très froid mais cela doit venir du fait qu’il faille mettre la carte pour activer le chauffage.

L’accueil était super on a eu un personnel dévoué et très serviable tout au long du séjour. Le petit déjeuner était délicieux. Le spa était vraiment super agréable.

Trop neutre, chambre un peu quelconque.

Je n'aime pas ces hôtels autrefois familiaux qui ont été rachetés par des franchises mondiales (ici Best Western) et du coup sont plus chers, et très neutres. En plus, on ne nous a pas laissé la possibilité de laisser nos bagages en attendant notre train. Les Spa c'est bien, mais ce n' est pas l'essentiel...

Bonnes prestations et emplacement pratique pour découvrir la presqu'ile

Hôtel un peu à l'écart de l'animation de l'hyper centre mais du coup très calme; pour autant il est à 10mn à pied de la gare et de l'office du tourisme et il est desservi par le bus du réseau Lila et constitue une excellente base pour découvrir la presqu'île. Personnel très aimable et disponible. La terrasse de la chambre n'a pas pu être utilisée en raison du froid mais très bien exposée, doit être très agréable aux beaux jours.

Séjour pour le marathon cote d'amour: tout était top à l'hôtel

Idéalement placé pour le marathon

Idéalement placé, près de la gare et de la grande rue commerçante qui mène à l'océan. Personnel très gentil ! Le spa est vraiment sympa !

Petit problème avec la télé, nous n'avions que les chaînes de France télévision. La réceptionniste est venue mais impossible d'avoir toutes les chaînes
