Mi é piaciuto assolutamente TUTTO! Massimo, il gestore, ci ha veramente "coccolato" per farci sentire nel massimo comfort. Tanto per iniziare, nessun problema con gli orari specialmente di arrivo che, per problemi organizzativi nostri abbiamo spostato più volte, ma Massimo é stato veramente disponibile e, addirittura al nostro arrivo ci ha consegnato l'appartamento più grande rispetto a quello prenotato, perché lo aveva libero! Frigorifero rifornito per le prime necessità, con acqua, succhi di frutta, latte, yogurt, affettati etc., ma non solo, ogni mattina Massimo ci ha fatto trovare brioches, focaccia e pane freschi! Viaggiamo spesso e ci siamo generalmente trovati sempre bene, ma Massimo é stato di una "squisitezza" estrema, direi! L'appartamento ben fornito con l'essenziale e tenuto pulitissimo, inoltre é situato veramente a due passi dal centro storico. Ottime le indicazioni ricevute su dove mangiare e alcuni posti da visitare. Consiglio assolutamente questa struttura e soprattutto il suo gestore!, Noi torneremo sicuramente.

Everything! Massimo and his wife welcome you like family. It was the best stay of my trip and that's saying a lot. It was exceptional on all levels. The bed was so comfortable, the property is extremely clean. Fantastic location to explore Alba. He even picked me up at the train station which is only a 15 minute walk. As taxis are few are far between. Also espresso coffee machine, Mini bar and breakfast treats in the room. Best stay ever!

Location (very close to the city center, you don’t need the car) Owner (Massimo is a great host, on top of everything at any moment, super helpful and supportive) Facilities (parking space included in the price, electric charging station onsite - by Porsche, apartment is equipped with all you need) Services (fresh bread, croissants and focaccia delivered every morning for your breakfast) PETS are welcome! 🙏🏻

The bathroom is a bit small in proportion to the rest of the apartment. It was quite noisy when the neighbor was talking a shower in the apartment next to ours.

Massimos wife picked us up from Alba station. Massimo carried our bags upstairs for us and was very welcoming. Quiet,private unit with a terrace area but found kitchen a little dark.

Needs lighting in the kitchenette.
