Η τοποθεσία ήταν πολύ καλή, σε κεντρικό σημείο αλλά με ησυχία, ανακαινισμένο κτίριο και μύριζε καθαριότητα, τα δωμάτια ήταν περιποιημένα και όντας το φθηνότερο δωμάτιο στην περιοχή ήταν πάρα πολύ καλό! Σε αντίθεση με αρνητικές κριτικές που είχαμε διαβάσει πριν την άφιξη μας, σχετικά με τις υπηρεσίες και την ποιότητα του καταλύματος, εμείς δεν αντιμετωπίσαμε κανένα πρόβλημα και μείναμε πλήρως ικανοποιημένοι. Θα το ξαναπροτιμησουμε!!

Δεν υπήρχε πρωινό και αυτό είναι στα.αρνητικά, τοποθεσία σχετικά καλή.
Είχε λίγο φασαρία το μεσημέρι κυρίως από τους ενοίκους.

Καλή τοποθεσία κοντά στη χώρα αλλά ήσυχα και κοντά στη σταση κτελ, σουπερμαρκετ,τράπεζες κλπ. Μπαλκονάκι να κάτσεις και μπορούσες να απλώσεις.
Για το κόστος ανά βράδυ και για τα σχόλια που είχαμε διαβάσει, τόσο το μέγεθος δωματίου οσο και οι παροχές ήταν απλά ας πούμε ικανοποιητικές. Πολύ basic για τα χρήματά του όπως και η καθαριότητά του. Επίσης, κάθε πρωί μας χτυπούσαν πριν τις 11 κ προσπαθούσαν να ανοιξουν(παρα τη σημανση "μην εχοχλείτε" κ αυτο για να αδειάσουν τα καλαθια και να διπλωσουν ενα σεντονι. Χαρτί υγείας επρεπε να ζητησουμε.
